Excellent Mic Arm: Built to Last, Holds Heavy Mics Like a Champ
I’ve been using the InnoGear Mic Boom Arm for over a year now with a Shure SM7B mounted on it, and it’s proven to be rock solid. This arm delivers exactly what you need from a professional mic stand. The build quality is exceptional. The joints are tight, the spring tension is consistent, and there’s zero wobbling even with the weight of the SM7B hanging off it. The SM7B is no lightweight, but this arm handles it effortlessly without drooping or drifting. That’s the kind of stability you need for recording and streaming. After a year of daily use, everything still feels as solid as day one. No springs weakening, no joints loosening, no creep over time. The cable management clips work as intended, keeping my XLR cable organized and out of the way. The mounting clamp is rock solid and doesn’t slip on my desk.Installation was straightforward, and compatibility with the Shure SM7B was perfect. The adjustability is smooth—you can position the mic exactly where you need it without fighting the arm. Once positioned, it stays put. No readjustment needed mid-session.For anyone running a streaming setup, podcast, or recording studio with a quality microphone like the SM7B, this is a no-brainer purchase. It’s affordable, built tough, and will last you years. Highly recommended.

Sturdy Mic Arm That Outshines the Cheap Ones
I’ve gone through a lot of cheaper mic stands and this one is by far the best I’ve used. The build feels solid and stable, and it holds my microphone exactly where I want it without slipping. The cable management is a nice touch and keeps everything neat. It’s smooth to adjust, easy to set up, and works perfectly with my Blue Yeti. This is a great upgrade if you’re tired of flimsy stands and it is awesome how easily it swivels out of the way and stays at the height you want it to be at.Pros:Very sturdy and stable designSmooth adjustments that hold position wellBuilt-in cable management keeps setup cleanEasy to assemble and works with popular micsCons:None, I am a huge fan of this stand

At $38 it’s worth every penny.
One of the best quality of life upgrades for my desk setup after having my AT-2020 standing on a simple stand for many years. The arm is sturdy and stays in place where you move it but it articulates easily. The clamp holds super solid on a standing desk. I like the look of it and the cable routing channel. Some of the best money I’ve spent on audio equipment and it wasn’t much.

Light and easy setup
Real solid build material and smooth control when pivoting. It’s not the tallest mic stand to hang over monitors but it’s perfect for side or corner setups. A good mid tier option especially if you don’t want hear a creaky spring stand with weaker aluminum

Good microphone stand, has great maneuverability for tons of different setups!
Great stand, i use it for my Rode Podmic and it works great! The weight feels nice and the movement is smooth. It even comes with a nice extra part so you can raise it above your monitors if you wanted to.I have had problems with it falling twice, with my microphone on it, I do not know if it was cause of the amount of times I turned it to tighten it, maybe it wasn’t tight enough. The third time, I turned it a lot more to tighten it around my desk, and it hasn’t fallen again. So that might have been the problem, I will update if that issue continues. The stand is very sturdy besides falling a couple of times like I stated and easy to move out of the way as necessary.Solid 9/10 for the stand, could be a 10 but it did drop with my Rode Podmic but that could be used error. Just be aware so you are not scared like I was. It also comes with free Velcros for your microphone cord so that’s a great addition!

Solid Arm, Worth It for Me
This is very impressive. There’s certain small angles where the arm wants to close or open slightly, but once you get it still, it stays. The part where the mic screws on is very solid & stays in place, but it still let’s you move the mic as needed.Definitely worth it for me. Would have been a huge pain in the buns to deal w/ a mic stand on my desk, instead of this retractable, adjustable arm.

InnoGear Mic Boom Arm Microphone Stand Cable Management
I just got this today. It is very built, solid and sturdy. The arms move well but it is not sloppy. The cable management channel are wide enough for thick heavy duty XLR cable, and the rubber top to put over your cabling is easy to take on and off and is also of good quality, and at 23% off it is an awesome deal.

Best arm ever. Hands down. Looks good, covers the springs and whatnot so it’s just sleek. And it’s weighted perfectly with my yeti

Very sleek design. Holds my mic exactly where I need it and having the channel to run the cord through and a cover for that channel gives it a super clean look. Excellent range of motion!

Such an upgrade! Having the extra height let’s it sit over my monitor when it is on a monitor riser, and without the riser with my monitor raised via a stand. The additional height gives a lot of flexibility for setup. It moves smoothly and doesn’t show signs of sagging in the month I’ve been using it, even with frequent repositioning. I use it with the HyperX SoloCast 2. Super quiet, feels high quality, and durable. Very quality upgrade from my $15 boom arm from years ago.

Been using this for over a year, and I’ve experienced zero problems. It holds my blue yeti mic perfectly, and is very easy to move and reposition. Assembly was quick and easy.
