Perfect! (Except for cord design)
Functions well, relatively lightweight, holds a good amount of charge for its size and charges quickly. Love the different ports available. Has one design flaw that irritates me!The only issue is that often (nearly every time) when I pull out the USB-C cord from the charger, it gets stuck outside of its built-in cubby and flails around. If you have this issue, I found that if I squeeze the sides of the cable’s cut-out cubby while reinserting the cable it will fit. Including a video that shows how the lightning cable is simple to reinsert, but the USB-C cable gives me trouble and takes a few attempts to put back, even after squeezing the sides.Annoying, relatively small design flaw, but it does frustrate me! Otherwise perfect and great value. I recommend.

Great compact charger
Great charger, takes a while to be fully charged and can use it to charge your fully dead phone about 2 times. It is slim and my wife is easily able to use it and hold it behind her phone while she is on it.

Super Disappointed! Does Not Charge Completely
I absolutely loved this power bank as soon as I opened the package – the color, the size, the weight, the charging circle indictator light, the built in cords. All perfect. EXCEPT: I have only used it once to charge my iPad, which it did charge. Now I have charged the power bank itself all night and it is not fully charged. The circle keeps blinking and does not budge from about 50% charge. I tried using a different outlet. NO change. I am returning this immediately. I am so disappointed! It’s really hard to find a lightweight power bank. Now I have to start all over.

small and charges my iPhone ok.
It is small and compact so I carry it in my small purse and it has the cords attached. The only real complaint is the short cord it came with, for charging the charger didn’t work. I was going to return the item but, I found I had a cord (much longer) that did work. And since I didn’t have time to send this one back and get a new one, I decided just to keep it. The attached cords are a little challenging to get slotted back into their spot.
