Great Camera for property security!
I have always used Tactacam for my hunting trail cameras. My wife and I recently purchased 10 acres and I needed something more permanent and less easily accessible than my normal trail cameras. I purchased this after seeing them for awhile.Setup: Setup was extremely easy and self explanatory. I was a little disappointed that I couldnt add it to the original Reveal app. Once I got everything set up I immediately was impressed.After setting it up, I went into the application and changed the setting as I do with my normal trail cameras. I started playing with the PTZ function and was very satisfied by the response and smoothness. After installing I proceeded to do my other chores. After finishing my chores I went back and reviewed the app. The quality of pictures was great and video and live view was great. I was a little disappointed by the length of time it took to load the live view but ultimately im happy with my purchase. The connectivity was fast.I was very hesitant to purchase this camera after reading reviews but I have to say, I am impressed. Can’t make everyone happy. I have yet to have a bad experience with any Tactacam cameras.Battery life so far seems great. I do recommend charging your camera fully prior to set up.So far the functionality is great! Considering pricing for other Tactacam cameras, the value for money makes this camera well worth it to me.

Total scam and false advertising
I was very excited to get this as my first cell camera, with plans to use it for both hunting and security in the off-season.Within two days of having it now, I can tell you it is garbage for both applications, mainly due to the fact that every function is locked behind a paywall. To fully utilize this camera and its basic functions, it will cost you between $20-$50 per month.I’ll list off my issues with it*The 306-degree camera only works while you are in a live view mode ( paid extra). This function is required to aim the camera after you set it up, and with the $20 a month plan, you have limited use of this mode. So you can only move the camera point of aim, or scan the property a few times per month, without paying an additional fee to use the feature more. You can not record while in live view unless you use a 3rd party screen record app. You’re only able to snap a photo while in this mode.*Photo delay between motion detect and picture snap is over 1 second. So cars and animals can very easily pass right by the camera without being caught.*It does record a video with every picture taken, apparently. However, you can only view those videos by requesting them ( pay wall)*Camera needs to be mounted at least 10+ feet in the air to get any real view range. But the motion trigger range is much shorter than it needs to be for use as a security camera. It says 40 feet, but really it’s more like 10 feet.*The plastic mounting bracket feels very cheap; I could easily over-tighten a screw and break it.* It took 6 hours to fully charge the battery while plugged into the wall, and it lost 10% of its charge while outside in the direct FL sun .. So I honestly don’t think that solar panel is going to do anything more than prolong the battery from dying. I don’t see it recharging the battery enough to keep it fully charged all the time.*And the final straw? I’ve had a possum sitting in front of the camera for the past 4 or 5 hours, received 6 photos, and zero notifications. The last photo was 2 hours ago, I just went live on it to find the possum still sitting on the corn pile feasting away.**It does not do any motion tracking, the camera will not lock on and follow a target around automatically, like other 360 cameras will do.**It has to be mounted upside down, so one side of your rotation will always be blocked by the tree or wall you have it mounted to.**The movement controls of the camera are not sensitive enough, making it difficult to center the frame on a specific location, more so when trying to zoom in.***It does not have a built-in GPS device. So, if someone steals it, you are just out $200.****Honest review. Except for the cellular connection, this is no different than a $20 security camera they sell at the gas station.. except its ten times bigger and heavier than it really should be.

Best non WiFi camera I’ve ever had
Building a new house and needed it for security. The motion detector catches mice in the middle of the night, Perfect night vision and battery hasn’t needed to be charged. It’s been over a month since I set it up. The setup is easy and easy to use the app.

Best Camera so far
Can’t get it to video and recorded, it will only save pictures. Nice quality. Easy to set up. Good connection, never offline.
