1. Connect the HDMI input source into the HDMI Splitter Box Input port. (HDMI Input cable).
2. Connect the HDMI output enquipments into the HDMI Splitter Box output ports. (HDMI Output cables ).
3. Insert the DC side of 5V 2A power supply into HDMI Splitter Box and then connect the AC side of the power supply into the wall outlet.Attention: Insert / Extract cables gently.
Warm Tips:Before installation, please make sure all devices you wish to connect have been turned off. Before use, please make sure all devices connection is right and Insert cable gently.

1,The product HDMI has been connected, but there is no image output on the display screen or TV?
Answer: Please check the HDMI cable input and output is connected correctly. The LED signal indicator is on and the source device is turned on. If both are OK, Please press the ON/OFF again Or remove and plug the HDMI signal of the source device to read the EDID of the display again.
2. How to achieve the 3840X2160@60Hz?
Answer: Need the source device (computer, DVD, Games machine, OTT box, etc.) and TV supports the output of 4K@60Hz. Then check the HDMI cable is HDMI 2.0 version . It can be achieved if supported.
3. How can you confirm that your monitor or TV supports 3840X2160@60Hz?
Answer: To connect your computer ‘s HDMI output port directly to a monitor or TV, When you see the display follow these steps: Press the mouse right key to select — Display Settings — Advanced Settings, and confirm that 3840X2160@60Hz is supported at the highest resolution.
4, Does the product is support multiple connections ? Answer: Yes, in order to ensure the best performance within 3-4 level.
5, How do you use the EDID model Copy function ?
Answer: First, Choose the Displayer or TV you want. Second, You find the EDID MODEL switch key of the Splitter and pull it right to COPY. At last, Insert the HDMI port of the monitor or TV into the first port (Copy) of the Splitter device output port. Turn off the Splitter power and reconnect it. At this point, the resolution sent out by the Splitter device is the resolution (EDID) of the monitor.
