Excellent Camera
The 1st camera I received could not be found on my network. I contacted Amazon and they sent out a replacement. In about 10 seconds on my network , the camera was found . I went through the camera configurations. It was very easy to set up. I am very impress with video quality.

Focus and Zoom stopped working
I installed the product and it was working fine, after a couple hours the focus was poor and would not zoom. I reset camera hoping it would correct but didn’t. Requesting a replacement.

Gets the job done!
This camera is excellent, it is effortless to install, the vision is clear, and so far it has not been affected by rain. It gives a full view of the whole area which is super helpful. PTZ works like advertised. Besides, what I like the most about this camera is that I can zoom and because it is an 8mp camera.

Works but hangs and resets when using PTZ
Received in time specified, looks like a good PTZ camera. Tested the camera before installing and noticed that it takes awhile to initialize when powered on. Checked the PTZ functions and most of the time if you adjust fast it will hang and reset. I found that if I take short steps when adjusting the camera position it works but this is time consuming. I still installed it because I am not moving the camera position much but have to remember when I do to do a step at a time and wait. Not sure what the issue is with this camera. I felt for me that the 4K PTZ camera for the price i can live with. I will investigate more to see if there is something that needs to be set on the camera to work better.

The camera was easy to install I work with security camera before and I like the quality of the picture.you are able to see tiny things. you can easily install the app and control it through your appwith digital zoom you are able to read even small things.

Great camera. I installed it in less than an hour. PTZ works like advertised. Because it is an 8mp camera I was even able to use the digital zoom feature on my NVR and read the VIN on my work van. I would definitely buy this again.

Beware of camera
Have a pro nvr that has ONVIF protocol, After changing the ip address the camera will work but does not have all the features advertised., It will not record motion, no tracking, no voice, and the date and time is in the middle of picture, not on top out of the way, Tech support I think is in china and slow to respond, they don’t know the english language verry well. All in all the camera is well made for the price, Just wish it worked as advertised. !
