2. This camera default 5MP & H.265, if your NVR do not support 5MP or H.265, you can change our camera into 1080P (2MP) and H.264 to fit the NVR
3. Due to the mini size, the camera will create more heat and it is safe and normal, don’t worry.

ONVIF capable
Most important to me was that this camera was ONVIF capable so it could be added to NAS MVS surveillance server. Works brilliantly with great picture quality. A bit of a pain to setup as it is set to a static IP address not DHCP by default which required temporarily changing the IP address on my PC in order to log in initially. Other than that, the cameras size and picture are very good.

My camera came set to DHCP by default. The GUI option for DHCP is de-selected but it is set to DHCP anyway.You must install their software in order to adjust the overlays. It looks like you should be able to edit or disable them in the GUI without the software but you can not. I just wanted to turn the onscreen overlays off and it would not save the settings until I installed their plugin.The ethernet plug looks like it should come with some type of cap to keep the ethernet cable in place because the clip on the cable doesn’t catch anything to hold it. I will probably have to use some shrink wrap or electric tape to keep the ethernet cable plugged in.

Unit freezes up since it runs hotter than other cameras due to its compact size. Im thinking of adding a stick on heat sink to the back of the unit.UPDATE:Unit died.Complete waste of money.You get what you pay for.

The product arrived in a box labeled HD Video Camera, HD Security Camera but the picture of the camera on the box does not match what is inside. It came with a 15 page small booklet “REVODATA IP CAMERA Simple Instruction” but only the first 3 pages are in English. The cover shows a different camera. There is a QR Code and a download link address. It tells you to download the user manual and software. There is general information (operating temps, default parameter and that type of thing) and a very basic diagram showing it can be connected via computer, router, NVR, smartphone, laptop and power. The tiny black camera feels sturdy & durable and made of metal & plastic. It comes with one cord attached that has two female ends. One to that can go to a router and one that can go to a power supply. Unfortunately, there is no adapter(s) included to actually plug it in. That is not obvious is the product description. By clicking on the photos individually I finally found “Note: This product do not including the power unit.” at the bottom of a picture. From the wording and almost hidden location it made me wonder if it was added later. That information should be obvious from the get go. From the looks of the diagram another cord is needed to hook it to a router. It says videos can be saved to a micro SD card, a SD card is not included but at least that was made obvious in the product description. This may be a nice camera but I feel like they had extras so they just stuck them in a generic security camera box with a generic simple instruction. I am leaving a 3 star review as neutral.

Not Plug and Play
This little camera is just what I needed, if it worked.Several Q&A conversations with seller through AZ chat before purchase.Initially everything, ”It’s no problem, we’ll talk you through it.” After the quick delivery and later offering download, a full size user’s manual that was still lacking the info that applied to me. It was later shared a link that I needed to download a 3rd party App to use the device on my NVR after loading it in a computer and a complicated route to install and then it MIGHT connect.It was confirmation to me that many of the critical reviews were accurate.I bought a PoE NVR to avoid this type of complication.I wish it worked. Customer service was prompt, details might have been shared earlier. To add to the aggravation, the return required me to drive 20 mi. to the only return center that could accept it.
