Small but efficient
A couple of months ago, I completed an addition to my house. One side of the addition included a new sliding door. Since all of my other doors are surveilled by cameras, I thought that this new door should be also. I purchased the Anpviz 4K 8MP POE Camera. I was advised by an Anpviz technician that the camera could be mounted vertically. So, I thought that would be perfect for my situation. I was not wrong. Although, I did have to adjust the horizontal and vertical orientation to get the image to display properly. I was also advised that the camera would be plug and play with my Hikvision NVR. But, that did not seem to work for me.The camera delivery was uneventful but the unboxing was a little problematic. I couldn’t figure out how to detach the outer ring from the camera body. And I couldn’t find any directions specific to this model. Tech support was very helpful via email, but a small diagram would have simplified the process. I tried to use the QR code to locate more model specific information but that didn’t help either. I am not a phone person so that might have been the result of my own ineptness. I did get a follow-up email from Anpviz Direct after my Amazon purchase offering support for any potential issues. I thought that was a nice touch. I had already contacted support by then though.The camera body itself is quite dainty. I was surprised by its diminutive size. I’m not quite sure why though? It does, however, seem to be pretty solid and well built. It’s all metal except for the retaining ring which appears to be some type of plastic. It attaches to the wall with three screws which are included. The only tool that seems to be necessary is a screwdriver.Time to fire up the camera. Let’s see what happens? As I mentioned previously, I was told that the camera would be plug and play with my Hikvision NVR. That turned out to not be the case. After several back-and-forth emails with a very helpful Anpviz customer support person I resorted to the SADP tool and located the camera. I then activated the camera on my Hikvision NVR. I used Onvif protocol.Before mounting the camera on an outside wall, I positioned it in a small room to get a sense of how it would be. I discovered that the color night vision did not come on in the dark. When I contacted Tech support again, I was informed that there are four settings that determine how the color night vision operates. I thought that was pretty cool. I selected the “smart” setting which is the default which means “When a person or vehicle is detected at night, the white light is activated and the image switches to color mode until the person or vehicle disappears, the white light goes out, and the image switches to black and white.” That explains why the color night vision did not come on. Once I mounted the camera outside, I tested this feature out and it worked to perfection. Moreover, the night vision in black and white mode was very clear. Everything else worked very well also. The only problem I could mention is that when I went to adjust the positioning of the camera the screw that needed to be loosened that I thought was a Phillips head turned out to need a special tool. That tool did not come with the camera. Fortunately, I had another Anpviz camera which did include that tool. It turns out that it is a T10 Torx driver. I did not check the audio.All in all, this is an excellent camera with a great picture and great features and a reasonable price. I am glad that I have it. I recommend it enthusiastically.

Awesome POE Camera: The best Surveillance camera
This is a great poe camera that surprised me.1. It have a metal body, not a plastic one.2.Installation couldn’t be easier, these are POE cameras which means if you are feeding them with a Power Over Ethernet switch or NVR appliance then you don’t need an external power supply. The body of the camera can be installed without taking apart the whole assembly, just remove the trim collar and you mount it with three screws (supplied), put the collar back on and you are done.3. i was very impressed. I use a product from other brand as my nvr. This camera is a plug and play with my nvr. Very important that you go via the web browser and change pwd from default and turn on authentication for RSTP and onvif. Also recommend you turn off stuff you dont need. The camera works and the browser interface to configure it is great well done.4. The night vision picture is very clear. The motion detection is extremely responsive depending the sensitivity you set. What impressed me the most is clean and clear picture. Besides that, it supports color night vision, you can set different night vision mode and the resolution as you need in the night. I love the smart color night vision, it will automatically change to color night vision when it captures person.5. Great sound quality. The sound in the video is very clear, it‘s amaing. In addition, the camera has a speaker, I can talk to people who is in the front of this camera.

Tested for 4 weeks with entry level Hikvision NVR
I really like Anpviz products. I only use their cameras because they’re a great value for what you get. The video quality is sharp, and it has built-in audio. The audio is good both ways, but it can be a pain to get set up if you don’t have existing two-way audio cameras. I used PoE, so it was just one cable for power and network. It showed up in my cheaper Hikvision NVR, and I let auto-configure do the rest. Regarding the lens and what you see, it has a 2.8mm lens, which gives you a nice wide-angle view. Perfect for covering a driveway or a front porch. Not fisheye-wide, but enough to see everything I need without moving the camera around. Daytime footage is clear, and faces and license plates on parked cars show up well if they’re within 40 feet of the camera. The 6MP resolution definitely makes a difference. My opinion is that it is the lowest resolution someone should buy. The camera uses smart dual lights, so it switches to color at night when it detects someone, and goes back to infrared when there’s nothing happening. I’ve gotten full-color footage in low light, which is good.

Insgesamt macht die Kamera einen gut verarbeiteten und stabilen Eindruck. Sie hat ein stabiles und massives Gehäuse und fühlt sich wertig an. Trotz des geringen Preises hat die Kamera umfangreiche Funktionen – vor allem die intelligente Personenerkennung (VCA) und 2-Wege-Kommunikation war ein Kaufgrund für mich. Kurz gesagt kann die Kamera meiner Meinung nach ohne Probleme mit jeglichem Industriestandard mithalten.Der Lieferumfang beinhaltet alles Nötige zur Montage und einen Sticker, der auf die Kameraüberwachung hinweist. Die Inbetriebnahme ist wie gewohnt einfach – anschließen und die Kamera speichert das Video in der Standardeinstellung automatisch auf der Micro-SD Karte und/oder dem NVR.Die Bild- und Videoqualität ist bei Tag und Nacht gut – siehe Bilder und das Video (Komprimiert Amazon leider stark). Selbst bei vollkommener Dunkelheit leuchtet das Infrarotlicht die Umgebung aus und bei Bedarf kann das LED-Flutlicht zusätzlich eingeschaltet werden. Zum Beispiel als Abschreckung, wenn in der Dunkelheit eine Person erkannt wird, oder als Beleuchtung für den Hauseingang.Was mich beim Kauf der Kamera sehr interessiert hatte war die Video Content Analysis (VCA), die Fehlalarme minimieren kann und i.d.R. nur bei hochpreisigen System verfügbar ist. Es wird je nach Einstellung dann nicht aufgenommen oder alarmiert, wenn der Nachbar nur sein Licht einschaltet oder ein Laubblatt durchs Video weht – erst wenn eine Person, ein Auto oder ein Haustier erkannt wurde.Ich habe die Erkennungsrate dieser Kamera mit der einer 360° Fisheye Kamera verglichen und soweit keine nennenswerte Unterschiede erkannt. Beide erkennen so gut wie immer Personen, Autos, Fahrräder usw. Die Tiererkennung habe ich bis jetzt leider nicht testen können.Die eingebauten Lautsprecher sind so laut, dass man zwischen zwei Räumen kommunizieren kann. Die Tonqualität ist ok. Das Mikrofon kann bei ruhiger Umgebung ebenfalls genutzt werden, um zwischen zwei Räumen reden zu können. Das Mikrofon ist aber so sensibel, dass Wörter bei lauter Umgebung nur noch innerhalb von ~5 m klar gehört werden können.Meiner Meinung nach wird für wenig Geld ein hervorragendes Gesamtpaket geliefert. Ich kann die Kamera empfehlen und sofern es eine Ausführung in schwarzer Farbe gibt, wird dieses Modell meine erste Wahl für alle weiteren CCTV Systeme!

Il prodotto si presenta di ottima fattura, con il corpo in metallo, la qualità dell’immagine è ottima anche se per questioni di rete l’ho dovuta impostare al minimo, l’audio è ottimo si sente davvero forte e chiaro, la funzione di rilevamento persone è oggetti può essere utile se la si utilizza per sorvegliare un garage o un luogo poco affollato perché impostando l’app si possono ricevere le notifiche di allarme che sono comode in caso di intrusione. Consiglio l’acquisto, davvero un bel prodotto. Il servizio clienti di anpviz è sempre pronto ad offrire supporto per ogni configurazione.

Hi,ich habe für den Außenbereich ein Kamera gesucht, die meine Einfahrt in Abwesenheit überwacht.Da ich für den Bereich nicht viel Geld in die Hand nehmen wollte, bin ich auf dieses Modell aufmerksam geworden und habe es nicht bereut.Eines Vorweg, die Kamera kommt mit einem recht übersichtlichen Lieferumfang:• Kamera inkl. Halterung• Befestigungsmaterial ( Schrauben, Dübel )• Schutzkappen für die Kabelverbindungen• gut beschriebene Kurzanleitung• kein Netzteil ( 12V 2A Standardnetzteil mit Hohlstecker reicht aus )Nachdem ich ein 12V Netzteil aus meinem Fundus hinzugenommen habe, schloss ich die Kamera direkt per Lankabel an meinen Router. Nach kurzem Verbindungsaufbau der Kamera mit dem Netzwerk, war diese auch schon im LAN.Über den Browser gibt man die vom Router vergebene IP-Adresse ein und kann die Kamera problemslos auf seine Bedürfnisse konfigurieren. Die Standard Zugangsdaten für den Zugriff auf die Kamera stehen auf einem Aufkleber, welcher direkt auf der Kamera ist. Daher ist zu empfehlen, diese Zugriffsdaten als Erstes neu einzustellen, so dass das Passwort und die ID neu vergeben werden und nicht für jedermann sichtbar sind.Eingestellt werden kann unter anderem in dem Einstellungsmenü der Kamera:• Bediensprache in Deutsch :)• Kamera Eigenschaften wie Bild, Video, Audio, Bilderkennung / Bewegungserkennung• Netzwerk Einstellungen ( kein WLAN, aber Kabelverbindung ist sowieso ausfallsicherer )• PTZ ( Steuerung der Kamera per Remote, um in verschiedene Richtungen zu blicken )• Ereignis Anzeige, was passiert, wenn eine Bewegung erkannt wurde ( Alarm, Mail, Licht an in Camintegriert )• Speicherung der Aufnahmen ( pro Ereignis, dauerhaft) bis zu 256 GB MicroSD möglich• Systemeinstellungen ( Werkseinstellungen, Updates etc. )Für diesen schmalen Preis bleiben im Prinzip keine Wünsche offen.Die Bildqualität am Tag und in der Nacht sind sehr gut. Hervorzuheben ist, dass die Kamera neben der Infrarot-Beleuchtung auch noch 2 ultra helle LED verbaut hat, um den Überwachungsbereich taghell zu beleuchten, wenn gewünscht im Alarmfall oder als Bewegungsmelder.

La telecamera funziona molto bene, ha un’ottima sensibilità con poca luce. Si possono definire aeree dove fare rivelameto figura umana , auto , bici o atro. Io l’ho messa a protezione di una finestra su un tetto, è un ottimo deterrente da abbinare all’arme casa perché Interviene prima dello scasso. Tempo di allarme e volume sono regolabili. È possibile inoltre caricare il file audio da riprodurre come allarme. Ha molte più funzioni di quelle che mi servono..
