Works as expected and comfortable
What is there to say, it’s an Apple Watch. Works great, light enough you don’t feel it, and it synchs health data with my iPhone to track sleep cycles/quality, daily routines, and overall health. Also synchs with Apple Maps (if you use it) and will vibrate when the next step approaches. Haven’t had a chance to use this in water yet as it’s winter, but I never had issues with previous generations of the watch and don’t expect to have issues with this one. The fit is as expected, looks nice and has a lower profile than previous watches. Setup and switching from one watch to the other is also seamless. The screen is visible in most lights, it’s nice and bright at night (but doesn’t stay on that long once removed/attention is diverted) and still visible in sunlight.

After decades of experience with computers in the last 8 years or so we have become an Apple everything household. Watches no exception, we have had many and update to the newest devices every couple years. Got this Watch 11 for my wife to update her from her last Apple Watch, Watch 11 works great as expected and if your one to work towards living a healthy lifestyle this watch blows any other brand out of the water. Nothing comes close to Apple Watches and its integration with our iPhones and health apps, even constant glucose monitors from another company. Amazing that everything works together as it should, Im sorry but other companies cannot deliver that experience.Between our Apple computers, watches, phones, iPads. Everything just ALWAYS works and works well.The watch itself, another one that I had for my use and a newer one, has helped me get medical help faster by showing my doctor my ECG read outs. Turns out I had a very correctable PVC heart timing issue. The watch got me that action taken by my doctors before any damage. My wife and I use our watches constantly almost like a fun hobby keeping track of our healthy activities.

Great Medical Information with Nice Fit and Look
I’m a 78 year-old male. I bough this watch mostly for the sleep and heart functions. After 2 weeks of use, I’m impressed with the sleep function because I better understand the need to begin and end sleep on a regular schedule and have learned how much time I spend awake, in deep sleep, REM (rapid eye movement), core and deep sleep each night. I have a low pulse rate and the watch monitors when it occasionally falls below 40 beats per minute. I also use my watch to track my heart beat rate and blood pressure (you have to enter the data manually). I can even do an occasional ECG (same as EKG). This information will be useful for my annual physical. I don’t use the step and exercise trend because I don’t like the data constantly interrupting and taking over my watch face. Instead I use a Fitbit and set my own exercise goals. I don’t need “stand up” reminders, etc. I think this is overkill. I bought the smaller watch size, 42mm. It is definitely adequate for the size of my wrist and I don’t worry about banging it around or “showing it off.” Contrary to some reviews, I think the screen size is fine for entering data, numerical code to open the watch data, read emails and texts. I have no interest in using it as a phone, listening to music, etc., and I’m frustrated that like other apple produces (e.g., iPhone), you can’t get rid of many of the core icons, so my watch face is a little more cluttered than I would like, but nonetheless works fine. I really like the synthetic material of the watch band, especially when exposed to rain or sweat, but as a senior with some hand neurological issues, the watch band is a little tricky to put on (i.e., align the band button with the appropriate hole on the band), but I’m getting better at it and this would not likely be any problem for younger users. I also find the battery life is very good. It easily goes a day and a half. It charges fast, so while I shave and wash up in the morning, the watch is charging and ready to go about in 30 minutes. I like the ability to change watch faces and background colors. So not only is the watch useful, it is fun. I’m glad I got it.

Reconsider for battery life and size
I upgraded to the Apple Watch Series 11 hoping for a noticeable improvement, but I’m a bit underwhelmed – mainly by the battery life. My older Apple Watch already required daily charging, and with this one I still need to charge it every other day. For the price, I was expecting a bigger upgrade in that area, so it doesn’t quite feel worth the extra money.Another thing to note is the size. I previously had the 40mm, and this 42mm definitely looks bigger on my wrist. I’m pretty petite, so it feels slightly bulky compared to my old watch.That said, it works smoothly, looks nice, and has all the features you’d expect from Apple. Overall it’s a solid watch, just not a must-have upgrade if battery life and size are important to you.
