Better than expected.
Just started using 3 days ago. Much better hearing than with $4000 Signia or $6000 Phonak.Pros: Quick & easy setup. Quick connect to Bluetooth. Hearing test simple. So far comfortable.Cons: Aids not marked to easily tell left from right. A bit bulky. No choice of colors. Beige would be a better neutral color for most people. But the main thing: I can understand what people are saying at a reasonable distance!Correction: the Aids are identified on the receivers – blue for left, red for right. But the domes cover those markings.

Comfortable and functional.
+ I like my new Vivtone hearing aids. I can use them as hearing aids, phone call speaking and listening to music, They’re comfortable. They can stay in all day. They have an app for adjusting responses to frequencies and you can adjust them for various environments — like restaurants. Their customer support is really good. And I mean really good. Over the years, I have bought and worn many pairs of hearing aids — from the really pricey ones to the really cheap ones. These are the best. When you buy them, you need to understand two things: Like all hearing aids, they’re not brilliant in noisy environments, like restaurants. You need to choose where you sit. Second, they use Bluetooth. which is mostly reliable, but not always. There is no perfect hearing aid. These are about as close as you can get. And the price is right.$489. Worth every penny. VERY SATISFIED WITH THESE HEARING AIDS
Very good hearing aids. I have a more expensive pair that I purchased 6 years ago and these Vivtone Aids work just as well, if not better. My older hearing aids cost me 10 times what these Vivtones cost. I downloaded the app and it was very easy to connect to my new hearing aids. I love the ease and convenience of adjusting the volume on my phone. My older hearing aids were also bluetooth but started giving problems. I bought these because they are bluetooth capable, but I am also very happy so far with the sound quality. My old aids kept slipping out of my ear canals. So far, these have fit perfectly, they are comfortable and are staying in my ears. The design is good. The charging base is very compact and easy to use. I have only started using them today, so I can’t speak yet about durability but I’m ready to give them an A+ at this point.

The quality and sound fabulous
I have been through many hearing aids, these have by far been the most reliable and the sound clarity is very good. Definitely Would recommend

I’ve tried 3 different types. This is the best value
Absolutely the best value I’ve experienced so far. I have tried 2 sets of in the ear style. They were tinny in sound quality, and actually couldn’t go low enough in volume level. I have a mild loss in my left ear of 15 decibels between 2k and 4k. Right ear is o.k. the battery life from an in the ear model was only about 6 hrs .. And that’s with Bluetooth off. Not good. So, I charged them, put them in, and holy crap ! Waay more comfy. I’m hoping the Battery life will be good for at least 12 hours.I probably could have waited to write this to evaluate the battery life, but, I am so excited about the performance I just had to write this review now.I did the included hearing test with the app for both ears, and it automatically applied it. It is very accurate, with more frequencies to individually test, and adjust than the others.Once it adjusted, all I had to do was turn the volume up to the best level. They fit easily, without any squalling, and the sound quality is pretty natural. My brother got hearing aids from a local hearing center, and paid 6800 dollars. He has the same hearing loss as I do. We switched for 2 days, and neither of us could tell the difference. Love these. Update… After a month with these, I can say that the battery life is easily all day with Bluetooth off. With it on, and using them as headphones connected to my phone or laptop, they still will go 6 to 8 hours

Decent hearing aids
Ok I took a while to write this review due to wanting to make sure I gave these a fair try beforehand.Pros: app control, hearing test, the auto tuning, charging case, rechargeable batteries, BT feature, customer serviceCons: BT control, Not loud enough for severe hearing loss, fitmentTo give a little background I have used actual dr. prescribed hearing aids for several years, and I also have had a bone anchored hearing aid. Both hearing aids cost $5k-$8k in order to give a little detail on how much better they are. These hearing aids for their price point are very good overall, and if you have slight to moderate hearing loss they will be a great addition to help you out. The fact you can use the app and do a hearing test, and then let the hearing aids auto adjust the eq is a huge plus. However, to do the hearing test it is very difficult to find somewhere quiet enough. I actually had to turn off the A/C in the house and get in the master bedroom closet to cut out any additional noise to do the test and get them set up.The first set I had the right hearing aid would get so much distortion from voices that it was unbearable. It only distorted voices in the hearing aid mode. In BT mode everything sounded fine. In hearing mode all other sounds other than voices sounded fine. The left one was perfectly fine. I had to reach out to customer service and actually type out a book so they understood exactly what I was complaining about because they were trying to say it was the settings at first. Once I actually explained everything they then sent a right ear replacement and it functions like the left one does. The main complaint is I have severe hearing loss in my right ear, and these are not loud enough. My google pixel ear buds put out way more sound than these do. (I know pixel buds aren’t hearing aids, but I would hope that a hearing aid could produce louder sound than these do, and my previous prescribed hearing aids did). My experience is that you have to have the MPO about 80% at all times in order to avoid distortion. So you can turn the sound up to 100% but the MPO is at 80% limiting how much output is actually placed to the hearing aid. In my opinion these are very underpowered. The other complaint I have is that if you have large ear canals they don’t have big enough domes to fit larger ear canals, and it took me several tries to find the right size online to replace it with and get a good fit.The other complaint is they switch to BT automatically for phone and music, then if you go into the app to change a setting on the hearing aid it tells you to take it out of BT mode and put it in to hearing mode, but there is no way for the user to do this because it happens automatically, and BT is required to use the app. Hopefully this will be revised in a software setting.Overall these are good hearing aids with great features, and if you have moderate hearing loss you will probably enjoy these especially for the price.
