Great product. Wear band for 4 to 5 hours a day while watching TV. Gets rid of inflammation in the body. Noticed less mucus buildup in sinuses and I have more energy that makes me feel better.

If I could give 0 stars I would this grounding rod paying with no instructions and without any way to connect the rod to ANY cord so you can bring the grounding to where you need it. There are grooves cut into the top of the rod but no cord or apparatus to connect into those grooves. Total waste of my time! Not happy!

I have only used my mate for a week now since I’ve purchased the outside cooper grounding rod kit. I want to say I feel a change in my sleep and refresh in the mornings also not as tired. I have notice my dreams have become more visible that’s differently different.
