For the price this kits amazing. The rj45s aren’t thay great but the rest of the tools are perfect for someone starting out in the industry. The crimp tool still works great after a couple hundred punches

Cat6 Cable tool kit.
Package came with everything needed to setup the cables. Tool to strip the wire, crimping tool that cuts the wires clean when crimping the tips on giving a clean finish. The tester was a great tool. It tests each wire connected. One of my cables I made was not working. I was able to locate the exact end and rather guessing which one to replace possibly replacing both I was able to replace the correct one. Protip: If you make your wires that run inside the wall and connect a wall plate, then use a store bought cable make sure the wall cable wire when you make them matches the wire pattern of the store bought cable connecting from the wall to your device.

Excellent value, quality tool that works.
Solid tool, well made, convenient features. Makes a good connection and secure crimp. Kit has some useful tools (test tool particularly useful when learning to crimp RJ45 and for trouble shooting. Only quibble is wire cutter blade should retract further to allow easier passing of uncrimped RJ45 and cable into crimper. Loose ends easily hang up on blade.

I have had a really solid time working with this crimper, it may not be the top of the line, but boy does it work well. Plus the wire strippers, cutters, and jacks are a nice value add. I have not yet had the connection testing tool give me wrong information, but I have also not had any bad connections so it’s hard to tell if it works or is just always sure of connectivity.

Ho acquistato questo kit per sistemare la rete LAN di casa e devo dire che sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso dalla qualità complessiva. Se state cercando una soluzione “tutto in uno” per crimpare cavi ethernet (Cat5, Cat6), questo prodotto è perfetto.Ecco cosa mi è piaciuto di più:Tecnologia Pass-Through: La crimpatrice è progettata per i connettori “passanti” (dove i fili escono dall’altra parte del plug prima di essere tagliati). Questo rende il lavoro incredibilmente più semplice e veloce, riducendo a zero gli errori di allineamento dei cavi. Anche per chi è alle prime armi, sbagliare è quasi impossibile.Kit Completo: Nella confezione c’è tutto il necessario. Oltre alla pinza crimpatrice (che dà una bella sensazione di solidità in mano), il tester di rete incluso è fondamentale per verificare subito se il cavo funziona correttamente. Avere già in dotazione 50 connettori e i cappucci di protezione è un grande valore aggiunto.Qualità Costruttiva: La pinza è robusta, l’impugnatura è comoda e la lama taglia in modo netto e preciso. Non ha nulla da invidiare a strumenti professionali molto più costosi.Tester Funzionale: Il tester è semplice ma fa esattamente quello che deve fare: ti dice subito se hai crimpato bene tutti gli 8 fili.In conclusione, è un acquisto che rifarei a occhi chiusi. Se dovete cablare casa o l’ufficio, questo kit vi farà risparmiare tempo e fatica. Consigliatissimo sia per hobbisti che per chi ha bisogno di uno strumento affidabile per lavori occasionali.
