This thing is great!
I was wrestling a 900 lb. coal boiler down my narrow vintage stairway to the basement, and tore one of our CCTV camera wires in half, shorting the power supply straight to ground, taking down our entire system. This burned out the small, 12 year old power supply unit the camera system came with. While this Eversecu unit is quite a bit larger and more involved to install, this setup would’ve prevented the short circuit damage from happening with its self-resetting circuit breakers (the tan devices above the red LEDs in 3rd pic). You’ll get a flicker in the other cameras for a second or 2 until the breaker opens, but that’s it. They do get very hot when shorted, as an FYI. That said, not sure how many times you can have a short before the breaker fails. I don’t want to get that deep into testing. Replacement is pretty straightforward if you have a soldering iron and can solder / desolder electronic components. These are like 1970’s components – nice, big, and easy to replace. Someone with a little electronics knowhow could build one of these very easily. It’s not a very high-tech system, which is great. These days high tech means high failure rate.Time will tell of its longevity. We’re only 1 month in so far, so that’s not a real good indicator of quality. The price was very right at the time (under $40 shipped), and the cameras are all back up and running. The great thing about this unit is, if one camera shorts out, just that one camera will go down – not ALL 8 or 9 cameras (although they’ll go out momentarily as mentioned earlier, but come right back on.).Installation is a piece of cake – buy a set of pigtails, and wire positive to positive, and negative to negative (see 3rd pic). I had to go through an label each power supply to each camera, so that in the event of a fault, I would be able to easily identify the camera wiring I need to focus on. Took about a half hour to get it all wired in and running. Some twin screw wire clamps will be needed as well – see 2nd pic.

Super Good Value, Solid PSU.
I have been running this unit at capacity for over a month straight now with no hiccups. It arrived well-packaged, was extremely easy to wire (if you’ve never wired anything this is a great first project) and it is very well built. Quite an amazing value – I purchased it because it was cheap but when it showed up I was surprised to find it is very much premium in every way. That is an absolute win in my book and I will be using these for every 9 camera or less install I do in the future.

Works just like the original
I have an older cctv power over coax system. My original power supply started flashing, I unhooked all of the wires and it was still flashing. I ordered this power supply and hooked it up and this thing worked perfectly. Im very happy with the product and the pricing. Got to my door in 2 days… ill update this if things change.looks just like the original so it hooked up identically.

Great 12volt supply system
wired camera 12 volt supply for a 4 cameras (BNC) type system to this ,Left camera end stock llug in and works great. I have had a security company install others and this works as well as the ones they used. So far has constant 12 volts across the board.

Good experience with this product
This is the 3rd Eversecu power supply that I have purchased. I was initially surprised by the level of quality for this price range. I have had some bad experiences with failed power supplies that were very cheaply made and am glad to have found decent quality for a decent price.

Perfect for cctv

Installed with no issues and it is working as expected. Had a mess of wires and transformers that kept failing but this puts all the power into one neat location with easy of access. The only thing is how this will react in the a power outage. The property is located in an area where there are frequent power outages. So waiting to see how this will survive.

I bought this as an all in one solution to power a water pump. However, the pump (12V, 4A) tripped the supply no matter what output I put it into.Luckily I’d already bought another PSU that I’d previously intended to put into a box myself (item https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B08QRYTDTT ) and this worked a charm.
