The microphone is amazing. The boomerang arm isn’t compatible with my desk didn’t know until after the return period however the customer service was amazing! They accommodated my needs super fast. Issued a credit for me to buy a base. Don’t forget there is as 12 month warranty!The overall microphone is insanely good. I create content/ YouTube for my job and it’s insane. The sound quality and also the wireless connection piece is awesome. It’s Also reasonably priced.

Good quality, versatile design.
Just received this and tested it against my SHURE Sm7b podcast mic. The quality was almost indistinguishable. The advantages are that it works both wired and wireless – on desktop and iphone. Much more versatile than others, and doesn’t need an audio interface. I am going to keep testing but so far so good!

This is what every content creator and podcaster should get now
I am beyond impressed by this and am excited to see who ends up copying this form factor. Right now Maono is in a league of their own because they managed to come out with this before Rode, Hollyland, Shure, or DJI got a chance to create something similar. The podcast/content creation market is massive with so many options, and with this product, maono managed to shove themselves right between the consumer and their competition. I know that’s a little extreme of me lol but it’s genuinely how I feel because I own A LOT of professional grade products. It is actively difficult for me to be critical of something like this and put it any lower than 5 stars. I recommend this mic over literally any other microphone if you intend on doing any kind of content creation and need something easy to work with that has good enough quality sound. They even have the PD200W which has XLR, but honestly, I don’t think most people should get that over this. This is like $50 and the PD200W is $99 dollars. I would much rather buy 2 of these, than buy 1 PD200W because I already have XLR microphones. I’m gonna be honest, I literally want to buy another one of these and do all of my content creation with this. The only negative I can possibly have is just handling noise, but that’s something you naturally get with a lot of microphones. Handling noise can easily be curbed with any microphone you use. All in all, this microphone, is a no brainer for content creation and podcasting. It’s the most affordable at this caliber, and the wireless functionality gives it a substantial advantage over everyone else.

The MAONO PD100WS is a rare beast, a wireless dynamic mic that actually sounds professional. It cuts the cord without the lag or “thin” audio typical of wireless gear. I certainly noticed this in use and testing.Vocally I thought it delivered that classic, warm broadcast sound. Because it’s a dynamic mic, it naturally ignores my noisy keyboard and background noise, focusing strictly on my voice and worked extremely well.The one-tap button is surprisingly effective. Level 1 or 2 cleans up background hum instantly, though Level 3 gets a bit aggressive.While the battery lasts a massive 40 hours, you’ll want to plug it in via USB-C for critical recordings to get the highest bit-rate possible. The included boom arm is sturdy, making the “S” bundle a complete, out-of-the-box studio setup.

Microfono veramente eccezionale!Penso sia un’ottima alternativa alle marche più blasonate (e quindi costose), sia perchè esteticamente è molto ben fatto e quindi da un’aria di professionalità anche se non è professionale (nei casi di chi fa streaming o podcast ecc..) e sia per la qualità audio, con cancellazione del rumore ottima.E’ anche wireless quindi è molto comodo e pratico ma volendo c’è anche la possibilità di utilizzare il cavo. Per me ovviamente è più comodo wireless per non avere ulteriori fili ingombranti, basta staccarlo e ricaricarlo ed il braccio tenerlo sempre fisso (tanto è retraibile).Un altro punto di forza è che è molto leggero però al tempo stesso i materiali da costruzione mi sembrano veramente robusti e di qualità, quindi la leggerezza non è dovuta ad una scarsità del materiale!C’è il suo software che è molto semplice ed intuitivo, dove si possono regolare varie impostazioni audio molto basilari e comandare la luce argb che c’è sui bordi che fa veramente la sua figura.Io sono rimasto molto soddisfatto e lo consiglio vivamente a chi vuole attrezzarsi per fare streaming ma anche solo a chi vuole usarlo per comunicare in giochi online ma anche per lavoro!
