Not Terrible, Good Sound & Good Auto Adjusting.
This is my second projector. I was looking for something with built in apps, and this fit the bill.Right away, I noticed how light weight this unit is. While it doesn’t feel super cheap, it’s also not a top quality build; you’ll probably want to be careful and make sure it doesn’t fall. I then noticed how scuffed the receiver screen was, but I quickly realized that it has a film on it, so peeled it off. There’s still some sort of smudge inside the actual glass. The lens doesn’t have a cap or cover, and looks like it could get dusty quick. I might rig some sort of storage cover so it doesn’t get ruined when it’s not in use. Our lens also already had scratches on it out of the box; while this doesn’t affect the picture, it’s still a bummer for a new product (why doesn’t the lens have protective film)?Set up is easy, simply turn on and connect to your wifi. You then can choose a built in app or connect to your own device. The included remote is the only way to control this projector, and you’ll need 2 AAA batteries to put in it.Picture isn’t bad at all, but I wouldn’t necessarily call it 4k either. Maybe if you have a screen meant for a projector. I couldn’t get the picture 4k crisp, but it looks nice and is definitely watchable. The projector auto adjusts the screen fairly well, but you’ll more than likely still need to find a good spot to angle it because it won’t adjust to a perfect rectangle absolutely everywhere, it’ll have some tilt. It can be adjusted to view on nearly any wall (even your ceiling), which is pretty cool.If you have a home with a lot of windows (like me), you’ll find that this won’t be such a great picture, especially for darker images. Unless you have blackout curtains, or a room without windows, you’ll probably want to stick with using this at night. It does work, per se, but again, the image won’t be as clear and you’ll definitely miss those darker images. The sound quality is pretty good and is definitely usable. I’ll personally be using a bluetooth speaker to make the audio just a little bit more lifelike because it does sound a bit hollow from the device.I would say if you’re getting this for around $100 or less, and if you’re wanting more of a super portable projector, then this one is not a bad deal at that price range.

Great Smart Features, but Too Many Disappointments for the Price
I was really excited to receive this projector through the Amazon Vine program. I’ve owned a projector before, but it was a very basic, non-smart model without any built-in apps. So the idea of upgrading to a smart projector with Amazon Prime Video, YouTube, Netflix, and other apps already installed sounded amazing and very convenient.I want to mention right away that I’m not a tech expert. I don’t fully understand all the technical terms, but I do have prior experience using a very cheap projector (around $70). Because of that, I genuinely expected this projector to be noticeably better.Unfortunately, my experience was mixed.Right after opening the box, I noticed that there was no lens cover. That surprised me, since the lens can easily get dusty or dirty (and it already did as you can see in the picture). Even more concerning, the projector didn’t feel brand new. When I turned it on, I found that a YouTube account was already logged in (Kensie in the picture), in addition to my own after setup. This strongly suggests that someone had used the projector before. I understand that I received this item for free through Vine, but considering the price, I really wish it was clearly stated if the projector is not new.Another small note: the remote control does not come with batteries. This isn’t a dealbreaker, since not all remotes include them, but it’s worth mentioning. Also, the remote itself is missing basic playback buttons like Play, Pause, and Rewind. All of that has to be controlled directly on the projector screen, which is not very convenient. One of the biggest disappointments for me was the image alignment. My old $70 projector could be placed in the corner of a room and still be adjusted to produce a straight, rectangular image. This projector claims it can be placed at an angle as well, but in reality, I could not get a perfectly square image when it was positioned off-center (it looks better in the picture than in real life). I used all the available settings and know how to adjust keystone, but it still didn’t work properly unless the projector was placed straight in front of the wall. That said, when the projector is placed directly in front, the image quality is very good. The picture looks clear and works great. I also really like that you can use this projector to watch content on the ceiling — there’s a specific setting for that, which is a nice and thoughtful feature. Watching on the wall or a screen works well too.The built-in sound is okay, but I personally prefer connecting external speakers, as the audio quality is much better that way.Overall, I was very excited at first, but there are just too many drawbacks for me to rate this higher than three stars. The smart features are great, but the issues with condition, usability, and image adjustment were disappointing.⭐️⭐️⭐️

An absolute must have for the ultimate summer get togethers
WOW! I am completely blown away by this projection system. All I needed to do was put batteries into the remote, log into my apps, do the typical connect to WiFi, time zone, etc. and BOOM- I was on and ready to go. Set up took me less than 5 minutes! The picture on this is fantastic- I used it on my cabinets, could see perfectly clear, and the sound was GREAT! This works exactly like a TV, so it is extremely user friendly, it comes with a USB cord so realistically you can connect gaming systems to this for ultimate fun, and for the price, this thing is fantastic! It is pretty small, so it’s easy to store, and comes with everything you need (aside from AAA batteries for the remote). With this having Dolby audio, it sounds great and overall, this smart projection system is exactly what I’ve been wanting for warmer weather parties! It is so versatile, can be used for so many occasions. I didn’t need to even open the directions to set this up. I am absolutely obsessed with this purchase!
