Pelican Shield cases are really hard to get on and off, but not the Ballistic Glass.
This Ballistic Glass cover for my IPhone 16 Pro Max is one of the best I have used, but it does crack. I edge dropped my phone and the shield did what it is supposed to do, which was to keep the IPhone glass from breaking. But it sacrificed its self to save it.The tools are good, the install easy, and it i forgiving if you don’t get it right or have bubbles. It provides the accessories needed, and it is high quality. I will buy it again as I on my second from my pack of three.

So far so good with the quality and fit of the screen protector on 17 PM! We shall see how it holds up over time. The installation tray is not fool proof as my first screen protector was slightly off center causing me to use a second. Three were included in the box as described and the second went on with no issue. Immediate bubbles after placement but easily pressed out with my thumbs by applying a decent amount of pressure. I used the included tool to smooth the edges and let the phone sit over night before I put my case over top. There are definitely comparable and maybe cheaper options with easier installation but no regrets due to the value and quality provided!

Takes a few minutes to figure the “system” out but once you do – this is an outstanding product!All the wipes (wet and soft dry) are included with a guide to guide the sticky screen onto the phone surface. If you get a phone company to install something similar they will charge you $50. A scam. And it includes 3!

Excellent product initially, but seems to break easily.
UPDATE 12/1/25Since my initial review, I’ve had 3 screen covers break. In one case, I dropped the phone, but it landed on it’s back. Nonetheless, the screen still broke. The other 2 times, I just looked down one day and saw several very fine cracks. I hadn’t dropped it so I am not sure of the cause.=============================================================================================ORIGINAL REVIEWThis is a very robust screen protector. I received it late afternoon and immediately installed one of them. The process is clearly explained in the instructions. The kit includes a wet wipe to clean the phone screen, a sticky backed dust remover that you stick and remove across the phone to remove any dust that settles after using the wet wipe and finally the screen protector. As the instructions say, be VERY careful when removing the cover over the adhesive. When placing the protector on your phone, touch only the edge and be sure to hold the alignment piece in place as it is easily moved. I initially did not get aligned correctly, but was able to remove it and reinstall it.There will be bubbles, but start from the center and press them out with your fingers first. Then use the plastic tool provided to push them to the closest edge. Once done, you can’t even tell there is a screen protector attached.BTW – there is no loss of sensitivity when trying to access phone apps through this screen protector.Three wet wipes, dust removers and screen protectors come with this item.I definitely recommend this and will order more if I go through the two spares I have.

Found that the tool will struggle to attach if the case protector is extended out from the 17.Once the tool is attached, the steps can be followed to place the screen protector on and then apply directly onto the screen. The tool can then be removed and any case protectors can be put back onto the phone without catching the screen protector.I can confirm that the screen protectors has worked and now onto 2nd one due to carrying the phone in a pocket and keys have eventually scratched the surface. Has taken a month or so of use to see a score appearing in the screen surface. Its not a big mark, just a faint scratch that has appeared and rather than wait for further, used the 2nd protector to confirm the tool and protector worked. No issues in removal and adding the 2nd back onto the phone.Fully recommend this kit for a 17 pro as it aligns and fits as perfectly as it should with no air bubbles.
