Amazing smart lock
recently installed this Video Doorbell Smart Lock, and I’m honestly very happy with it. The setup wasn’t difficult, and the design looks modern and clean. My favorite part is the video doorbell feature, even when I’m not home, I can see who’s at the door right from my phone. It gives me a lot of peace of mind.The fingerprint and passcode unlock are both fast and responsive. No more digging for keys at night! It also auto-locks when the door closes, which is super convenient, especially for older family members.Overall, it’s easy to use, secure, and packed with useful features. If you’re thinking about upgrading to a smart lock, this one is definitely worth getting!

This smart lock is absolutely fantastic! I can lock the door remotely using my phone. I can unlock it with a remote key fob, a physical key, or my fingerprint. It also automatically records all activity at the front door for free. In comparison, my previous smart lock started charging a monthly fee after the company was acquired, so this one offers much better value. The installation process was simple, and the fingerprint sensor is incredibly fast. The camera and indoor display provide a very clear picture, and the two-way communication feature is very useful when guests or delivery people arrive. The accompanying app is easy to use, and remote unlocking is instantaneous. All in all, this is a significant upgrade to my home security – it’s incredibly convenient and looks very high-end.

Very useful smart lock
This smart lock is just amazing. I am able to lock the door remotely over the phone. I can use key fob and key to open. I can use fingerprint to unlock. It automatically records all the motion in front of door with no charge. Compare to my old smart lock started charging me monthly fee due to the fact that they got bought out, this smart lock is just such a great value. It is easy to install and locks smoothly. I wish they have the facial and audio recognition technology. That would be a unbeatable product

Battery quality is bad and not changing completely
Very disappointed! Battery was not charging completely and in every two days I needed to charge it otherwise it’s dead and doesn’t work!Camera installed but didn’t work again!When I was out of home the app couldn’t connect to the camera at home!I’m going to return it and better to go for high quality one even if I pay little more

Well worth it
I was looking for an all in one device – lock, doorbell, and camera with inside monitor – and this fit the bill perfectly.It was very easy to install, it fit perfectly on the door, and was simple to connect and setup. I had reached out to the seller on battery questions and they were very responsive, professional and helpful. I would be very comfortable buying their products again.I am impressed with how well the device functions. It looks and feels well made and works smoothly.I’d wish for a way to see in the log whose fingerprint it was for a given unlock event but if the info is there, I haven’t found it yet. Also, as another reviewer mentioned, the camera recording should start sooner, e.g. I had a package left by the door today and the video log only shows the package already there but not being brought. I think it is a common issue with recording events tho, I have used multi camera subscription arlo at another property and the recording was just as spotty. Still, I am very pleased with this lock and have already recommended it to friends.

Difficult to install.
Based on the description it is a high tech device. But, installation is a nightmare. I gave up after an hour. This is the first item, I bought from Amazon and other stores (of 1000+ items), I could not install and gave up after an hour.The designed the back plate as a hook which works horizontally when, but difficult when fitted to the door. The door will not lock unless it is installed fully, forcing me to remove the lock. Otherwise, could have tried again another day.
