Good dvd player !
I got this dvd player to play all my oop dvds and some home movies we transfered to usb. I works great so glad we got it. I didnt need all the bells and whistles but am still happily glad for this purchase. It has all the things for travel and home and I really like the cd player as well. We will be using this alot around here. Plays all my burned copys I keep for travel so as not to scratch up my originals with no problems. Video is good not bluray quality but my dvds are not bluray so thats not an issue picture is still really good. Screen size is good I wanted a bigger screen size than a tablet more laptop size. I may just get another for my grands. I Recommend this player.

An Excellent Portable DVD Player
This DVD Player was delivered in excellent condition. Internally, the product shipping package was incredible as it was very protected inside the box. The product is designed very well and has excellent picture and sound quality. The layout of connectors and operating keyboard is beautiful, arranged for ease of use, and functions are very well understandable. I am impressed. This is a very full featured product to meet the needs of the customer and is very configurable with multiple ways to use the product. The different configurations are explained as follows.Video 1: What the product comes with.The product box, DVD Player, Readable User Manual, Quick Start Manual, Remote Control, AC Charger, Charging Cable for Car, and a 1 to 3 Video Cable. No shortage of accessories for using the DVD Player in different configurations. This is shown as a standalone configuration with a movie playing. The picture and sound are fantastic. The swivel display is flexible, adjustment for the best picture view, and allows showing the display to others no matter where the customer or friends are sitting.Video 2: When you want to not disturb.When you want to watch a movie and not disturb anyone, the product provides a headphone jack. The sound for a pair of headphones was excellent. Of course, the user supplies the headphones.Video 3: When you entertain in a room.When your family and friends want to watch a movie and they can not crowd around the DVD Player, you can connect to a TV or monitor. Using the 1 to 3 Video Cable connected between the player and TV. The video then allows a room full of people to watch the movie. You can use this in multiple places like in a room, porch or deck. Also the player allows you to turn off the LCD display of the player so this does not distract while watching the large screen TV or Monitor. This is a nice feature of this player.Video 4: Using external Devices alternative to have a DVD Disks.The player allows a person to supply the movie from an external device such as a USB Flash drive or SD cards. The external device is up to 32 GB. It can hold many movies and is easier to carry than many DVD disks if you are out and about or traveling in the car. Just a flexible alternative to just playing/using a DVD disk. The external devices use a MPEG formatted movie file. This does not allow MP4 files. The MP4 and MPEG file formats are rivals in the industry. MP4 files are good for mobile devices and PC’s but the MPEG files (MPG) are higher quality in the movie industry. Since this is a DVD Player it is no wonder why MPEG is chosen because of the higher quality. There are various levels of MPEG (MPEG-1, MPEG-2, and MPEG-4). The higher the number the better the video quality.The picture shows the movie using the USB Flash drive (upper right). The Left picture shows the usage of the SD card. The standard larger SD card can be used as well as a micro SD card via the normal adapter. All work very well.Summary.If you want to have a portable DVD device that is easy to use, very configurable, excellent build quality, fantastic picture/sound quality, and includes most accessories that a customer needs, then this is the product to buy. I give this a very high rating.

Great picture quality – love the mute button and remote – we’ll see if it lasts
I bought this player about 2 months ago, and was very sad when it died at the 1 month mark (the console buttons just stopped working.) Afterward, I tried ordering several other Amazon DVD players, of various brands – but found that the picture quality, sound quality, and button layout of all the others I tried to be far inferior to this one. I found that I missed this player after sending it back.Meanwhile, the seller of this player kindly reached out to me after my initial negative review, and encouraged me to give the product another chance. I found that personalized outreach impressive.So I ordered the Pofoto DVD player a second time, and so far am really pleased. The picture quality, convenient mute button, clear console button display, navigable remote control, excellent sound quality, and caring support are all very good.I also really love the hinge feature, which allows you to move the screen from side to side at whatever angle you want, or even pull it all the way around as a large screen (similar to an iPad) for easy handheld viewing in the car or elsewhere.The screen size is great – about the same as my 15″ MacBook. I often use this DVD player and my MacBook side by side (as illustrated in the photo) – using this player (with its convenient Mute button) playing video of my favorite exercise program, while streaming a movie on my Macbook, so I can exercise while watching my favorite shows.Or, I have enjoyed watching movies from my DVD collection on this player, with its excellent sound and picture quality, while resting, cooking, or folding clothes. I love its long battery life, that allows me to take it around the house with me while I do various tasks, without the nuisance of having to keep it plugged in.This time I took the time to sign up for the included 2 year warranty. I truly hope for that longer duration of service this time, as I really do love this player, and have appreciated the concern and response of the Pofoto staff. This is a company that cares, and a product that performs much better than anything else currently on the market. Jury’s still out to see if this one lasts over time. I truly hope it does.————–Prior review: I loved this DVD player. Great picture, sound, solid construction, easy to use buttons. Until… exactly 1 month after purchase, NONE of the buttons on the console worked anymore. Couldn’t play, mute, adjust volume – nothing. The remote still worked – but that’s inconvenient, to not be able to operate from the player itself. Very sad. Returned it, seeking a replacement now.

Excellent HD DVD player with many capabilities
This is a quality portable DVD player with a wide range of uses. Very, very happy with the sound, visuals, and capabilities. The rotating screen that can lay flat is awesome for space restricted situations.My two cents.Pros:Display is HD and crystal clear.Sound is crisp and clear. I use headphones for the best sound isolation.Battery powered so it is portable and playable anywhere, and the battery life is hours so the longest uses are no problem.I have successfully played mp3 music off a USB drive and reviewed photos on an SD card. There are others formats available too.Easy to use remote included.I recommend it.Cons:None thus far. I will update my review if I run into troubles.The player has been perfect for travels and on the patio when the weather must be enjoyed. Great price for a great piece of entertainment gear.
