Can the adapter be used for a hair dryer?
It depends on the type of hair dryer you are using. In short, only hair dryers labeled with specifications like “100-240V, 50/60Hz” and with a power rating of less than 2000W can be used in countries with 220-240V power supply, such as in Europe.
The AC outlet of the adapter wouldn’t work anymore, how to process it?
This is likely due to a blown fuse. You can pry open the compartment at the bottom of the adapter (labeled as “SPARE & FUSE”) and replace the fuse. If it still doesn’t work, please email Epicka for further assistance.
Can I charge my laptop in Europe through the Epicka adapter? Does it need a converter?
Yes, most laptops support dual voltage (with “100-240V, 50/60Hz” printed on it). You can use our Epicka adapter to charge your laptop without the need for a voltage converter even in a country with 220-240V power apply.
Planning trips to South Africa & India, but TA-105C adapter doesn’t fit. Does EPICKA have adapters for these countries?
Yes, we have a new adapter model X232 that is suitable for South Africa and India. Please search “EPICKA X232 adapter” on Amazon and choose Type D for India and Type M for South Africa.
How can I purchase additional fuses?
You can search for “TA-105C Replacement Fuse” on Amazon to purchase extra fuses. Please ensure that you’re selecting Epicka’s 10A fuses, as fuses with incorrect specifications might not be compatible with the product.

A compact, reliable, and versatile charger for European travel.
I purchased this charger for travel that would take me through Iceland, the EU, and the UK. I wanted one charger that could handle all of the different settings, and also work at home in the US. (As a bonus, this also accommodates Australian outlets). I also needed to charge multiple devices–a phone, a tablet, earbuds, a head lamp, and an external battery.The charger has two standard USB ports and three USB-C ports. I found that charging five devices did not hinder this adapter’s performance at all. My devices charged quickly. I still use this adapter in the US.When not in use, the plug portions slide back into the adapter, and it takes up very little space.I encountered a minor problem only twice in five months of regular use. In Europe, when I had all 5 charging ports going, I noticed that the adapter box was getting hotter than I was comfortable with. This resolved after I unplugged two of my devices. Again, this only happened twice, and I put this adapter through heavy use on a daily basis.I would happily travel with this as my primary adapter on another extended trip.

Purchased this on sale (bonus!) for an upcoming Korea trip, so I haven’t gotten to use it yet, but here’s what stood out to me.Note: I originally bought the white one, then saw the blue and returned the white for the blue – same adapter, just different color. Love the blue!What’s included: Comes with a case and an extra fuse, which is a nice touch for long-term use and travel protection.Ports: Love that it has USB-C ports (3 of them!), which my other travel power adapters didn’t have. Also has 2 USB-A ports. I’ll be using this primarily for my laptop charger.Design: Compact and good for most countries – one adapter for all, which is exactly what I needed instead of carrying multiple adapters.One concern: I’m worried it won’t convert the voltage, so I’ll need to make sure my devices are dual-voltage compatible. I used this for my recent trip to Europe. I was looking to upgrade my adapters and/or converters. I love that this is an “all-in-one” type of product in comparison to my old one(s). It’s compact enough that it’s easy to fit in your personal item or carry on. I didn’t check any luggage and this took up little to no space. I had no issues using it and it charges multiple devices very fast. The build of the product is great. Given the price point you get great value for your money. Works exactly as expected and would definitely recommend if you’re looking for something newer or just looking for a “first time” product.
