I’ve been using this LED backlight for my 55-inch TV and so far it’s been a great buy. The strip quality feels solid, and the adhesive gum is strong enough to hold well around the edges without peeling off, which was something I was concerned about.The lights themselves give a nice atmosphere when watching movies or gaming, and the app control with music sync makes it even more fun. The color transitions are smooth overall, though I did notice that sometimes the shades don’t perfectly match what’s on the screen. It’s not a dealbreaker, though – it still looks really good behind my TV and adds the effect I was hoping for.Overall, I’m happy with the purchase. The setup was simple, the adhesive gum is reliable, and the backlight definitely upgrades the TV experience.

Lights up just perfect
My fiance wanted one of these for the longest so I surprised him with it. He immediately started putting it around our Sony TV. He said it was very easy to install. The instructions were very easy to understand. He connected it as instructed to the television. It comes with a remote. He pushed the button and the light came on. It was beautiful. The light wasn’t too bright. It lit the back of the television very nicely. We don’t need to turn on any other light and just have that on. For some movies we can even sync to it. It’s so cool. I’m glad I got it for him. He loves the quality.

Absolutely Amazing LED Lights
really love these LED lights and they look amazing behind my TV and create a bright and colorful atmosphere. The lights adjust to the picture on the screen, if the image is blue on one side the light shines blue and the effect looks very realistic and immersive. The sensor reacts well and instantly changes the lights to match the colors on the TV. The app works smoothly and allows me to easily change the colors and brightness from my phone. The connectivity is very stable and the remote control works perfectly and is easy to use. The strip is long, durable and easy to install and the quality is excellent. These lights make my room feel cozy and modern. I am very happy with this purchase and I definitely recommend it.

Fun addition to your living room
My husband installed this on our TV and I love it, the only reason why this isn’t a 5 star product is because the color variation could be better. Other than that it works really well and adds a fun vibe to movie watching. The adhesive has held up for a few months now so I think it’s safe to say the quality is good.

Decent, but has some issues
I got this a couple months ago and finally got around to taking the 65″ TV off the wall to install it. The install was straightforward and easy. Once installed I found the color changing was far too sensitive to the point where the changes became distracting, rather than adding to the visual experience. So we set it to one color while watching TV. I like putting this on music mode and listing to Amazon music or SiriusXM on the TV. It has several “different” music settings, but they really don’t change things much. I had to turn the sensitivity down to around 15% on whatever setting I used or the lights just flashed and strobed in a more distracting way.After 3 days of use, one section went out on my strip (note dark section in upper left in video). My other issue with this is that it sometimes turns itself on or off when my phone isn’t in the room and the app isn’t open. it’s disconcerting to wake up in the middle of the night and find that it has turned itself on. I also wish they had an option to plug it into a USB outlet in the back of the TV rather than a wall plug. The wall plug they provide requires a bit more space than a normal plug, and was nearly too big for me to be able to get the TV back on the wall mount after I plugged it in.UPDATE 2After receiving the 3 star review and documenting my issues, the seller did respond offering a full refund, So despite the ongoing issues, I have upped my last 1 star review back to 3 stars because the seeler stands behind the product – which says a lot to me.
