GOLDENMATE UPS: Power Outage Solutions

1 Home Office 2 Entertainment 3 Studios

[LiFePO4 Battery & Ultra-long Endurance]: This lithium UPS features a cutting-edge Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) Battery Pack (51.2V, 5.8Ah), offering an impressive lifespan of over 10 years and more than 3,000 charge cycles. Compared to conventional lead-acid batteries, it reduces the total cost of ownership (TCO) by over 40%. The advanced battery technology ensures long-lasting performance while eliminating the need for frequent replacements, making it a cost-effective and reliable power backup solution (Note: The LiFePO4 battery does not require replacement or any other hassle maintainance like Lead-acid battery)
[Professional Line-Interactive UPS]: The 1500VA/1000W Pure Sine Wave Line-Interactive Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) continuously monitors battery voltage, ensuring optimal efficiency and reliability. Equipped with Automatic Voltage Regulation (AVR), it effectively mitigates common electrical issues such as power outages, voltage fluctuations, surges, drops, damping shocks, and high/low voltage. This system is ideal for protecting computers, workstations, network devices, and telecom equipment
[Multi-Outlets & Flexible Outlet Panel]: Equipped with eight NEMA 5-15P outlets offering both surge protection and battery backup, this plug-and-play device comes complete with an AC power cord. It also features a built-in Battery Management System (BMS) and PP45 terminals for secure, reliable connections. The outlet panel is designed with user convenience in mind, featuring wider spacing between outlets to accommodate multiple devices with varying power cords simultaneously
[Intelligent LCD Display & Integrated Button]: This UPS offers real-time, detailed monitoring of battery and power status, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. It includes an automatic safety feature that halts charging and discharging if limits are exceeded, preventing potential damage. The mute function and LCD on/off controls are integrated into a single switch, conveniently located alongside the main power button, allowing you to easily silence the alarm and turn off the LCD display when needed
[Communication Port & USB Charging Ports]: This upgraded 1500VA/1000W model introduces new features, including a communication port with a provided USB cable and front-panel USB charging ports. By connecting to a Windows PC, the UPS can automatically initiate a PC shutdown through Windows settings. Additionally, the two USB charging ports—one Type-C and one Type-A—offer a total of 10W charging power, ideal for keeping your electronic devices such as smartphones, tablets, and smartwatches powered up
[Industrial Certifications]: Our UPS battery backup has undergone rigorous safety testing and meets top industry standards, with certifications. Featuring advanced chip technology, it offers dual anomaly protection for enhanced safety and reliability. Additionally, the system ensures maintenance-free operation for up to 10 years, providing peace of mind and long-term dependability
[Warm Note]: Our 1000W/1200W/1600W lithium battery UPS use a larger-capacity backup battery than comparable lead-acid UPS products on the market. In addition, to properly support the 51.2V lithium battery system, a larger and heavier transformer is integrated. As a result, the overall enclosure size and weight are slightly greater than those of similar products in the same class

Works great with windows PC and peripherals
Near flawless solution for my gaming PC. I live in an area with many power disruptions (above ground wires, lots of trees and storms). I have a great surge protector, but I wanted something that will allow me to gently power down my PC. I purchased this during prime days for a few bucks under normal MSRP and even though it was a lot of money, I am glad I bought it. Reasons: Size, weight, features, number of outlets, power level, and reliability. It is powering a gaming PC (4090 1000w max PSU) and 2 gaming monitors as well as a handful of peripherals (speakers, stream deck, microphone, desk lamp). In my initial “pull it out of the wall and see how long it lasts” I got more than 30 minutes brfore it was drained. I will try again after making settings in PC to shut itself down.Cons: 1) The included cord is very short and due to proprietary nature of the plug you don’t have any other options. I had to move around some furniture and rearrange to position this near enough to outlet and still out of the way. Not a problem in a office environment, but for my home (bedroom) office, it was a challenge. I wish they included longer compatible and safe options. I see some cords with the same plug type, but I don’t want to risk fire/etc. from incompatible cord.2) software. Windows 11 is not a problem. My desktop PC recognizes this as a “battery” and you can use the same advanced power settings as on a laptop to trigger a graceful shutdown at a particular level. Still, I wish it had an application like some of the competitors with some monitoring, stats, turning off power failure alarm, etc. instead of getting on my knees to see the little display. So, it works, but I suspect this would not be easy or possible to configure for my NAS or other non-windows stuff. If you are looking for a UPS and surge with good clean power for your PC and monitors, this is a great option.

    My new UPS brand?
I have used APC and then Cyberpower to save some money. The duration these last has continually gotten shorter over the years, while the price has continued to increase.I had not heard of GoldeMate but the reviews were good and wanted to stop giving my money to companies that seemed to use modern technology to make their UPS fail sooner instead of last longer. This UPS surprised me when it showed, both its size and quality. It does not have the cheap feel plastic case, but a quality and sturdy one. It is also larger, giving the perception it will last longer. The fit around the edges, the outlets themselves, everything is instantly noticeably better quality.I can not speak on how long it will last before needing to be replaced, but the quality, detail, and size, give me the impression it will be longer than the other brands I have tried, and if they paid this much attention to detail on the outside, it get the impression the insides were not made the cheapest components designed to fail either. This cost more than the other brands I usually buy, but it was evident that money went into the product, not share holders pockets. It will take awhile for me to form a final opinion, because I want to see how long this UPS lasts and any problems it has before finalizing it, but I can say at this point I am glad I made the purchase and my hopes are high.I run an Alienware desktop with 1k power supply, external speakers, 2 monitors, and external drive off this and there has, in the last 2 weeks, never been any issue. I tuck the UPS out of the way for room, the cord is small as other have mentioned, but this is not an issue for me since my devices are place to reach the outlet anyway. This UPS does look clean and sharp enough to not need to be hidden though.

    Love the Plug Layout!
I love the plug layout on this backup. I can now plug in the ridiculously large modem and router plugs without covering up available plugs. No more playing musical plugs when the power goes out. All of the plugs are on battery backup, no surge protection only, which is great.I live in the woods and we have frequent power blinks and outages during storms, so a backup with AVR and Pure Sine Wave are a must.It took maybe five minutes to setup the backup, very easy to do. The cord was plenty long to sit the backup on top of the desk and plug it into the wall next to it.The USB ports on the front are handy. They are 10w, so slow charging. The only reason I gave this a four star and not a five is there are no minutes remaining on the backup display, at least not that I’ve found. I would love to see that. You can see the battery icon on the PC, like on a laptop, BUT the first thing I do in a power outage is turn off the PC. My PC draws about a 100w and has always drained the battery quickly on my old backup, so the first thing I do in a power outage is turn off the PC. This leaves a light, the modem, and router on backup, so we’re not sitting in the dark and can use mobile devices to access the Wi-Fi for weather reports and entertainment. The blue in the battery icon on the display does appear to change as the battery drains down, but doesn’t give you the time left on battery.Only time will tell about the length of the battery life. I really hope it lasts ten years. I’m looking forward to not having to buy and replace batteries every couple of years.I’m very happy with my purchase so far. 🙂

Just works, fast switching, handy design, silent unless heavy battery load, fast recharge
Currently the best deal– No waste, solid- Basic computer grade 10yr LiFePO4 UPS. Switches fast enough to keep my PC at 972w under dirty power conditions. Old APC couldn’t do that. Easy to read and understand display- 90sec blanking, basic usb to Windows PC built in functions- no provided software. Beeps on 3s of battery transition, has muting function. Bright Green Power LED. Silent on A/C, some fan noise under full battery load but an acceptable reminder the power is off.
