Note

1. Different intercom units should be set different code numbers.

2. In general, there is no need to set the channel. You will only need to modify it if you receive a call from an unknown caller. When modifying your

system’s channel, all units need to be modified to the same channel number.

3. Additionally, the intercom device will easily receive interference from various wireless signals. Please keep your intercom away from bluetooth

speakers, microwave ovens, radios, and other equipment. Otherwise, your intercom may experience static.

4. This intercom system is expandable for up to 10 units in one system. We do not recommend connecting more than 10 units to a single system.

5. To avoid the volume is too low to hear,please keep a distance of 20-30 cm away from the microphone when you talk with each other.

Great for senior caregivers
This came in handy when my mother had fallen and needed help getting up throughout the night. I put one next to her where she was sleeping and I had one next to my bed upstairs. when she needed me , she would just hit the button , it would ring me and I would go help her. Outstanding product that alleviates a lot of yelling in the house and saves time because it is a direct communication line. I highly recommend this for anyone taking care of their parents.

Works well, but speaker volume could be better
These work well for our needs across a three story home. My main complaint is about the volume level. Even turned all the way up it often isn’t quite loud enough to clearly hear each other without having to strain a bit.

Going back
The power button doesn’t shut it off, it’s always on. At first that seemed OK but after a while I got concerned that it was probably transmitting all sounds in the room all the time. And then after some use it turned out not to have much volume. I could barely hear the voice on the other end when there was any kind of background noise. So after a couple of weeks I’m returning it. Sorry.

Got 2 of these for my granny flat for my elderly parents and my house. They find it easy to use and I like that it’s like a phone call rather than a walkie talkie style intercom.I had a faulty microphone on one when it arrived, however after speaking with customer service, they replaced it immediately. Awesome service & very appreciative of their quick resolution to the problem.
