Easy to use and it is clear communication.
Works great! From the house with metal roof to husband’s metal man shed over 100 feet away. No more “Oh I didn’t here you yelling for me”! LOL

Quality yet inexpensive intercom!
This has become a godsend. My special needs elderly sister resides in the lower level apartment of our home and can no longer see her phone well enough to text/call when she needs assistance. Now all she has to do is press the call chime, day or night. We can communicate and the sound is clear. Love this!

No light on the battery icon.
Really nice and loud! Keeps me from shouting to call my kid in his room lol. But I had one question. Is the battery icon suppose to light up? Only the top icon lights up when I press a button. When in the charging dock, there is no light indicator for the battery icon. I don’t know whether its supposed to have a light on the battery icon or not.

Failed at day two.
Worked good the first day, was what I wanted to contact grandchild in upstairs room. Day two was dead, charger has power to it. Will return for refund. Try to find something else.

Not really worth the money
It works intermittently. Sometimes it will charge, sometimes it won’t. Often times, even if both units are on the same channel, they won’t communicate. I don’t think they were worth the money.
