No, JrTrack is not waterproof. However it is durable and certified IP68 water resistant up to 1.5 meters (5 feet). It’s ready for kid adventures, splashes or dunks, but we recommend removing for swimming or bathing.

Great solution without going to a phone
Really happy with this watch so far. The tracking is excellent and updates quickly, which gives us a lot of peace of mind. Messaging is much better than previous versions and feels smooth and reliable. Battery life is solid and easily lasts through a full day. Setup was quick and simple, and everything worked as expected right out of the box. This has been a great upgrade and does exactly what we were hoping for. Definitely recommend for parents looking for a reliable kids smartwatch.

When it comes to smart watches for kids, this one is a top choice.
I bought this for my 7-year-old daughter so that I can stay in touch with her when she is with her mom or with the sitter. I also wanted a way to have her location in case of emergencies. This watch has been perfect for that. My daughter is able to use talk to text, send pictures, and even call me. It has been a great way to stay connected with her when she is not with me. It does allow a couple of games, which fortunately are games that spur her brain to engage, and I find to be brain games. I love that the only people who can contact her are people I have added to her contacts list via the app or parents portal. The app and portal give you complete control over the watch. The setup is fairly easy. The monthly cost for a cellular plan is a little higher than expected, but it is worth it. The watch is a little big for a 7-year-old, but she likes it. Plus, I did see they make a clip that can hang from their pants or bag instead of wearing the watch. I can only imagine how helpful this will be as she gets older and starts doing more on her own. I love this watch and hope it only continues to get better.

GPS, call quality, ease of use, battery life
I must say, I am very impressed with the accuracy on the GPS tracking on this watch. It has been spot on since we got it a month ago. It is easy to use for my 7 year old and we have not had any issues with calls not going through. Thetwo negatives about it are the battery life and call quality. While I can still hear my daughter’s calls, they can be scratchy/spotty at times. The battery life does not last more than 1-1.5 days without charging even without use. Kind if frustrating to have to charge it every single night, but as long as we keep on schedule, no problems.

We absolutely love the Cosmo JrTrack 5. My son enjoys wearing it so much that he rarely takes it off. It feels like a fun watch to him, but it also gives us real peace of mind as parents.He uses the step tracker daily and treats it like a game, which keeps him moving. The timer is great for helping him manage time with homework and play, and the messaging feature is one of our favorite parts. He texts us throughout the day, which makes him feel independent while still staying connected.The biggest benefit is knowing he can reach us and that we can keep an eye on his location when he goes to play away from home. Solid pick, daughter loves it
After reviewing and researching other brand options we decided to go with jrtrack. It seemed best for our preteen. I like the GPS options and the parental controls. Signing up for the service was easy. Texts and calls work fine. Connecting to wifi and Bluetooth headphones was easy.

We are so happy with this watch. Bought for our 10 year old to keep him safe and connected to us since he’s having more freedom away from home. Overall, the connection has been solid, even though we live in a rural area. The tracking is a little slow, sometimes 2 minutes to update, but it’s been accurate. The display is bright, attractive, and very user friendly. He can call his best friend who also has the watch as well as any contacts that we approve and add through the app. It’s got capabilities for adding games and things, but we have not used any of that stuff yet. We purchased a protection plan for like three dollars a month that covers any damages whatsoever. There was a more expensive plan for maybe six dollars a month that even covered loss and theft. We researched many different companies and I’m so happy we went with this one.

Cool watch sucky battery
This watch is great… when its not dead. The battery sucks so bad. It barely makes it through the school day even on “school mode” which is limited to gps and emergency calling to mom/dad/911(whichever you choose) I even have the GPS set on the battery save option. I’m bummed I chose this watch over other options. Besides that, it is really cool, I (mom) work night shift 12hrs and it’s so awesome texting my daughter (6) to brush her teeth before bed since her dad forgets that that’s a thing. Because of work schedules, grandma picks my daughter up from school 2 days of the week and keeps her until 8pm. I asked her to text me when she picks her up just to verify that she indeed has her. Now with the watch it will send me notifications “Lucy has left school zone” “Lucy has entered grandmas zone” You choose safe zones which is like a 2 block radius of a selected location.
