This whole set-up was easy to program, install, and have operational. The directions were easy to follow, and the components all work great together. I had a little trouble adjusting the pull of the magnet, so I reach out to the supplier at the email address that is listed in the directions. He responded within minutes and helped me through it. Very helpful troubleshooting anything to do with the system, very nice, and super informative. Working with this seller has been a breeze. I wish all sellers were half as helpful as this one. Will ALWAYS return for any components and systems in the future, without a question.

Great product for small business.
This product is super easy to install. The software is dummy proof and the support is great usually response within an hour or less.The only issue i had is that this is not a server application and is not accessible over the network with a web browser,it does however have a remote tool that communicate with the database stored on the main machine its installed on.But they never advertised it as server software so 5 star all round for what they provided.The hardware has a door open/close monitor input aswell that they do not advertise or have on thier wiring diagrams. But it is there and does work.

Phenomial product just finished installing it in a condo’s pool bathroom worked perfectly, For the price you can’t go wrong, you can use cat 5 cat 6 wiring which allows this product to be installed in just about every application.
