Dishonest company with defective controller
I received a defective controller, the first time I tried to game with it and it kept disconnecting when you moved it around so I put in a return request and reported it defective. I received my $12.00 refund. Seriously $12.00 . This company doesn’t stand behind their product when defective. This is poor customer service. I had original packaging so no reason to not give me the full refund even though I had sent it back as I had received it. The company should have communicated that and offered to replaced the item with one that works. Only gave one star because they make you to post reviews. No star here.
