Update 01.14.25: I was able to get the ring replaced under the 1 year warranty, and customer support was great throughout the process.Original Review:This ring worked very well for a couple weeks, then the battery started draining from full to zero within a few hours. I’m hoping that I just received a bad unit as I really loved the ring and the data that it tracked. I’m working with support to either get it replaced under the 1-year warranty or get a refund so I can repurchase.I love that it came with a white and black ring cover, and that I can order more directly from Qalo’s website. This not only protects the finish of the ring, but also allows me to accessorize depending on my outfit!I will caution that the sizing is not standard, so I would highly recommend getting the sizing kit first (it was not an option when I purchased mine) as I ordered based on the size chart and the old style ring sizer and it’s too tight on the finger I had originally planned so I’m wearing it on a different finger on the opposite hand.

I definitely recommend this! I bought this to help me track my progress in my wellness journey. I’m no fitness pro or anything, but I’m definitely looking to level up my well being. I’m roughly a week in to owning this I’ve already bought one for hubby so we can hold each other accountable to our goals.QRNT not charging a subscription fee was a big selling point for me. A friend of mine got another brand and they stopped paying the subscription – money down the drain. Plus, I have enough subscriptions in my life especially in my workout supplement regimen!The ring fits nicely and it looks great too! I’m between a 7 and 8 so I sized up to 8 and I’m glad I did. It came with 2 covers – a white and a black to protect it from scratches. The ring itself seems durable enough, but I love it so much I want to protect it at all costs. I didn’t even know that they had covers so I went down a rabbit hole buying some 3-packs of other colors that they sell. So stylish.The app is easy to use and I’ve found the sleep tracking helpful to better my health beyond just working out. Definitely the best value for my money that I’ve spent in a while.

This ring will not charge it won’t turn back on at all. Trying to reach anyone for support is like pulling teeth! I’ve only had this ring for 1 damn week! I’m highly disappointed ☹️

Not True To Size!
Sizing is very much off based on my actual ring size. I am normally a 6.5/7 and I had to size up to a 9! Which meant I had to do 2 returns and kept buying the size up to finally a 9. I also lost money during this long process of the return fee and the product fee kept going up as well. Very unstable and not true to size…Also the ring comes un-charged so I am waiting on testing it out.Just thought I should let others know about the rings not being true to size.

Size up from standard ring size at least. Quality of data tracking doesn’t seem as accurate as I was expecting. Easily scratches to a cover is nearly essential. App is very user friendly and perk that there isn’t a subscription. The ring is light and comfortable. Battery life is good. Quality for the money is good, but not what I was expecting.
