2nd time buyer Great product IMO
My reason for 2nd purchase is to upgrade from a fixed one view to a horizontal and vertical adjustable image. There may be less expensive options on the market but I have had great results with my Reolink camera and with their customer service. My fixed camera developed a problem with the usb port on the camera. Explained to customer service and was honest it may have been my fault, camera replaced for free! I used this camera on my boat during summer and outdoors to monitor my beach house in the winter. Camera has faced the harshest conditions ( ice, snow, a hurricane, and salt air which is very hard on electronics. It has performed with no failures in over 3 years. This second camera will replace the fixed lenses camera for added views. Setup was less than 5 minutes and instructions were very good. I already added a cell device to my phone plan and now both cameras work off this line, just not at same time. In my experience and opinion a great value and perfect for remote locations with no WiFi.

Great camera
Reolink is great company. They application is easy to navigate and use. Setup is a breeze. Great customer service. Camera has good picture and stays charged with solar panel. The camera is easy to mount and the application walks you through setup. It is pretty much automated. Wifi works well. It is dependent on the quality of your wifi signal. With decent signal, there is no lag. You can adjust the resolution of playback to lower rates if you have lag issues due to low quality wifi. These are some of the best all around cameras especially when you take i to account the whole picture. Application, customer service and hardware. Well worth the money.

Great Camera
The camera appears to be of good quality. Setup was relatively easy. Connectivity is great. Remote access has been a delight. Excellent clarity. Cell coverage in the area is good therefore a benefit to cameras performance. It’s on a residential building site. It’s been in place 7 days as of this communication. Tremendous benefit/value for quick visual access when I’m not on site. I highly recommend.

Rejects all SIM cards
I’ve had success with Reolink cameras I bought in 2021, but this one failed terribly. The camera would not accept the SIM cards from Reolink and T-mobile. I probably spent 4 hours talking with Reolink and T-mobile support and neither could get the camera to work. I even bought a second camera of the same model, because I wondered if this first one was defective. Yet, the problem persisted. It was all a very frustrating and time consuming experience. I cannot recommend this camera because it repeatedly failed to recognize SIM cards and was thus unable to connect to the 4G / LTE network. This being despite my other 2 Reolink cameras from 2021, stationed right alongside, having no problems at all with SIM cards and LTE connectivity. Overall, BAD experience.

Excellent, works perfectly in UAE with Etisalat Sim with data package, excellent video quality, ideal to use where internet and power supply not available. I am using in my apartment parking.

This camera has a lot of high-end features at a fairly standard price point without ongoing fees.It supports up to 128 GB SD card which I highly recommend as an upgrade. You can also flip out the SIM card to one from your provider. I was able to pick up a data only SIM card for a few dollars more on my existing plan.This camera has pan and tilt, 360° with a Starlight sensor. It does not work with Wi-Fi and it is only an LTE based product.It’s use case is for remote areas where standard Wi-Fi signals or hard lines may not be possible. In my case I’m using it near a community garden that I want to monitor my plot. This has been great because the small solar panel keeps the battery topped up during the summer months.The app is fairly responsive especially if you turn down the video quality. You can set various preset camera locations such that the camera will pan and tilt directly to those waypoints with single clicks. The Starlight sensor is fairly decent and the built in flood lights help.Call the standard features you think about like time lapse, motion recording, notifications, IR lighting, etc are all included out of the box. It even has motion type detection and scheduling options which are great feature.I would have liked to see this device be Wi-Fi capable as well but considering it’s market I understand the use case and I’m happy with the product.
