The light switch itself was easy to install. The directions were useless for connecting it to my Alexa system. In the end I had to ask Alexa how to set it up, and she walked me through setting it up. The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it was advertised as a 3 gang switch when in fact is is a 1 gang switch that controls 3 lights. Now I have to patch the sheetrock and paint. I like the way it looks so I don’t mind fixing the sheetrock. Also, to test it for functionality, you have to wait until it stops blinking. Once it stops, it will work like a regular touch light switch.

Hola, necesito ayuda, no he podido instalar el wifi al interruptor, no tengo alexa, no tengo google home y tampoco apple, puedo instalarlo a otra app? he intentado y no me deja, me dice que tengo que conectarme a travez de alguna de las anteriores mencionada, ayudaaaaaaaaa!!!!!!!

Good Design, Poor Wi-Fi Placement and Difficult Installation
I wanted to like this product because the design looks nice and the touch function works well once everything is set up. However, the installation and reliability issues make it hard for me to give more than 3 stars.First, the Wi-Fi connection becomes unstable when the glass cover is fully attached. During setup, everything works fine with the cover removed. But once it is installed tightly, the device may lose connection and go back to pairing mode.I checked all wiring with a tester and used a dedicated 2.4GHz network, so this was not caused by my router. The real issue is that the glass panel and metal frame block the Wi-Fi antenna. I had to leave a small air gap using double-sided tape to make it work properly.Second, the internal wiring space is extremely limited. The terminals and screws are very small, and there is very little room between wires. If you are not careful, this can increase the risk of short circuits. Other products usually provide better insulation, but this one does not.I strongly recommend using electrical tape during installation and being very careful when tightening the screws, as they can loosen easily.I have some experience with electrical work, so I was able to solve these problems. However, for beginners or people with no electrical background, this product will likely be very difficult and frustrating to install.Once installed correctly, it works fine. But considering the complicated installation, weak Wi-Fi design, and lack of internal insulation, I believe this product needs improvement.This is not a beginner-friendly device. If the manufacturer improves the antenna design and provides better internal protection, it could be much better in the future.
