“Best smartwatch I’ve used!”
This smart watch from Spade & Co is an excellent deal and outperforms all of its competitors.Packaging: This product came in a white box that was laminated over. The unboxing experience felt quite satisfying.Contents: The watch came with a watch strap, a USB-A to magnetic charging cable and an owner’s manual.Watch Quality/Looks: The Health Smartwatch 2 has a smooth 22 mm silicone watch strap and a quality, high resolution touch screen. To the side of the watch, is the watch’s home button.Watch Performance: This watch tracks everything from a user’s sleep to their body temperature! The watch’s tracking applications are far by the best one could get in this price range. This device also has over 20 different sports modes, great for keeping fit.Watch App: The app can be found in the Google Playstore and the Apple Playstore. Tracks and stores all the data from the watch. Though directly browsing through the watch is not available, the app is as accessible and easy to use. The app will show users all their statistics and information. In addition to this, alarms can be set, and the watch’s face can be changed at the dial center. There are so many watch faces to choose from!Overall, this smartwatch is a good option in this price range because of its quality, style, and overall health tracking performance. The Spade & Co Health Smartwatch 2 is not just a watch, but also a stylish alternative to a jewelry accessory.

heart rate is inaccurate
I previously had an older version of this watch. I used it to track my heart rate and to track my steps. After 3 years I couldn’t access the notifications anymore. As the watch is relatively inexpensive compared to others I decided to buy another one. The new watch was showing crazy readings for my heart rate so I checked them against my kardia mobile and my finger clip and the new watch was not accurate. I contacted the seller (spade and company) I was given a canned answer. Bottom line the watch isn’t working correctly and the company will not do anything about it.

Too early to know how this is going to work for me.
A great option for the price. It is recording blood pressure and steps…..motivating me to be more active and to eat less

Basic package- the info with a grain of salt
Delivery was quick. The instructions it came with are a bit vague and inaccurate. It stated to hold down the right button to get to settings. This only brings up the option to power it off and on. To get to settings- swipe right in the home screen and navigate to settings. Step counter does not seem completely accurate. Same with Bp. Heart rate looked accurate enough. It’s a cheaper watch so does not have some functions as the more expensive brands- but you get what you pay for.

App could be better, and it could come with instructions
I’ve only had this watch for a few days, so this may get updated as time goes on. The first couple of days I was highly unimpressed because it came with limited instructions on how to set it up and, not being very tech-savvy, I was getting a little frustrated. Once I found a YouTube video with more explanation and was able to get the app to work better, I found I liked the watch. The sleep feature may or may not be accurate, but I’m not looking for absolutes, just estimates, so that’s fine. It calculates body temperature in Celsius, only, so if you can’t convert to Fahrenheit and you’re not used to Celsius, you’ll be disappointed, and I don’t see a way to switch between the two. Steps may or may not be close, but it does track movement, so I’ll give it the benefit of the doubt. Blood pressure monitoring is WAY off, so don’t even consider relying on it. I’m not sure I would rely on it for blood oxygen levels, either. Syncing to the app is easy and seems automatic in most cases. I don’t care about receiving calls or messages in a watch, so I cannot attest to that feature as I did not set that up. The battery seems to last about three to four days before it needs a recharge. I was looking for something basic to replace my old fitness tracker which counted steps and monitored sleep just fine until the band broke, again, and now I can no longer find a replacement band. All in all, this tracker does what I expected it to do, maybe not 100% accurately, but you get what you pay for, and I’m not about to spend hundreds of dollars for something that may or may not work any better. I am happy with my purchase for now, and as long as you don’t have overly high expectations, I believe you could be happy with it, as well.***EDIT Now that I’ve had this watch for a bit, I did figure out how to change it in the app from Celsius to Fahrenheit, kg to pounds, and Metric to British as well as changing the time from 24 hours to 12 hours, and to a watch face that I like. Now the steps, sleep, AND the blood pressure seem to be a lot more accurate, though I still would not rely on them 100%, and if I had to check my blood pressure regularly, I’d get a separate blood pressure monitor for that. If you have this watch and you’re still having issues setting it up, I urge you to look up videos on YouTube for instructions on how to set up the app. Go back to the beginning and keep hitting Pause, taking it one step at a time until you, too, have it set up. You will be much happier if you do. I still have not set up the call and message features because I have no use for them, but this watch now does everything I wanted it to do and a little more.***2nd EDIT*** Well, it’s been a year and five months, and the watch no longer charges. Even purchasing a replacement charger has not resolved the problem. It’s too bad because I really did like the watch.***3rd EDIT***Reduced the number of stars, again, because I tried to order a replacement watch to see if the first one was just a fluke and they wouldn’t even ship it, even though it was supposed to be in stock. Poor customer service probably means the first watch performance was not a fluke.

Fantastic Watch!
I absolutely love this watch. I’ve always been a FitBit user for fitness tracking and mid-summer, my old watch died. I bought this and started using it and never looked back. It connects very easily with the app and the metrics seem relatively accurate (along the same lines and what I had always tracked in the past with former watches). Based on the product image, I thought it would be much larger but I’m pleasantly surprised at how small the face of the watch is! I have smaller wrists and was worried it would be too big for me, but it’s great and super comfortable to wear. Price is fantastic and has been working great! Highly recommended!

Not happy
This was a gift for my son and it is a great product. We love the accuracy, size and ease of use. Unfortunately after a few months of use, the battery will not stay charged for longer than a day. I have the Healthsmart 3 (purchased directly from Spade and Co) and didn’t have that issue but this one from Amazon seems to be a dud. Sadly we are past the return window but will see if manufacturer will replace.
