This DVR is compatible with 2MP/5MP HD TVI, AHD, CVI, RS485 PTZ cameras and analog security cameras. For optimal performance, use this TIGERSECU DVR with TIGERSECU security cameras.
Remotely access and play surveillance footage and control the security DVR with no contract or monthly fees with TIGERSECU’s HD Viewer. For optimal performance, 1 Mbps upload speed is recommended for each 1080P camera. Bitrate settings can be adjusted in the DVR to accommodate slower network speeds. Mobile app requires iOS 9.3 or later and Android 9 or later. Compatible with iPhone and iPad.
Pre-installed with a new 4TB surveillance hard disk drive for 10+ days of continuous local recording at the highest resolution. Option to replace internal hard drive with up to two hard disk drives of 16TB each. Motion detection options allow you to record only when motion is detected to save hard drive space.
High efficiency video compression enables you to record more footage for the same storage space. No fan noise and a quieter system with our unique heat sink fan technology that enables the DVR to self-cool and prevent overheating.
4 audio inputs for audio recording on 4 channels (channels 1 to 4) in addition to 16 channels of video recording. 3 monitor connections through HD-port, VGA and CVBS ports. 1920 x 1080 pixels DVR display resolution. Works with TV and computer monitors with a minimum 1080p resolution.

Great replacement system
Great replacement for Q-See system that went bad. Very easy to install, system and existing cameras loaded and came up with little to no trouble. Remote access was easy to install, still learning and tweaking system for personal preference. Great value for the money.

Works as advertised
Very easy setup. The app for remote viewing on mobile devices was very easy to setup. No port forwarding needed. Just scan the QR code on the screen, enter password, and you are good to go. The CMS program for viewing on computer remotely works equally well. I was using 16 existing cameras from an outdated DVR system. The cameras were originally using SDI output. I had to change the output from the camera to TVI before I could get an image as SDI is not supported by this system. Plenty of videos available through their support page to help get the system going.

DVR will only hold about a days footage and the machine goes offline a lot and has to be restarted

It worked with my existing, non-working security camera system
I had security camera system made by a company called WiseNet that went out of business, and the DVR just stopped working. I rated it 4-stars only because the video color isn’t as good as what I had; but it works very well, easy to add to existing compatible cameras, and software effective. It was easy to connect to my home network for PC and cellphone, and to set up remote monitoring using laptop when not using home network. Looks good on countertop and doesn’t take up much space. Tech support is awesome!

Great NVR for the Money
This NVR is PACKED with features !!!! The quality of this product is suburb. After a couple of hours I had the NVR on my home computer as well as my phone. The manual was written in plain English and the customer support was excellent. I had a small problem with the communication between the PTZ camera connecting the NVR. The support was spot on it and resolved my problem in the same day. I would recommend purchasing a 16 channel NVR even if you have an 8 camera system. Give yourself plenty of expansion room and go for the pre-installed 4Tb. hard drive. You will NOT go wrong in purchasing this unit.

Quick and easy set up with lots of control over options!
I am replacing my old six channel DVR. I have a DVR set up in my barn. I went with this particular modelso I could add more cameras. I have to say I have been amazed by how well and fast the DVR is! The software that they use is very easy and the app to use with it is incredibly fast and loads on my video quickly, and you can search back through your videos for motion in order to review any mishaps that could’ve possibly happened. I did have some questions because I am novice to this and their customer service picked up the phone right away and the second time I called they called me right back! You can’t beat great customer service with a great product. I highly recommend Their product to anyone looking to upgrade their DVR! Here are some images from the DVR as I was setting it up today.
