Well worth the price. I now get wifi around my whole property (12 acres)

If totally blind, you’ll need an sighted person to help put it together and set it up.
I’m totally blind. I got this because my AT&T ISP provided router’s Wi-Fi with the number of device I have is not reliable. It kept on resetting and dropping connection to devices and the like. Also beings it is on the 2nd floor, really didn’t have Wi-Fi coverage in the basement even on 2.4G. So I got this in hope it would be better. I did need help putting this together. Why! The antenna’s as far as screws are all the same and I couldn’t tell what was what as far as 2.4G/5G. Then even when a sighted person helped me, they said you really had to look close at the antenna to see what was what being they said it was printed small and near the bottom ware you screw it into the access point. So after getting those put on and the access point mounted into my house! And having them tell me what was in and out on the POE converter being again, not set up for a totally blind person. On the POE converter! The power button is on the same side out that goes to the access point. The power and cable that goes to the router are on the other side of the POE converter. The access point has 4 mounting screws with a paper screw hole guide to show you ware to put the wholes. The POE converter also has two screws to be able to mount it as well if you like.I tried setting it up. connected the Ethernet cable from my PC to the POE converter. That went good. Got the password and that stuff done. Then the access point wanted to set it up as one network for both the 2.4G and 5G! That isn’t what I wanted being some older devices do not like a combined network like that and I also didn’t want it like that. Me being totally blind! the type of control they use to change this doesn’t work with a person using a screen reader. So had to have my sighted friend come back over to SLIDE the control over to OFF to turn off the combined network. Then I was able to set up the 2.4G and 5G networks so that they have there own names.I do have much better coverage through out my house and also outside even on 5G. My Echo’s devices for the most part haven’t dropped connection and same for the camera’s outback that use to dropped about once per month.Is this 600MW like they say; Maybe for the full system. This isn’t 600MW for 2.4G and 600 for 5G. To me, this has always rubbed me the wrong way and for the most part all places do that now days.I would say this is probably 150MW per antenna and being there is 4 of them making it 600MW. This is still much better then the AT&T ISP Wi-Fi that I’ve turned off fully now being this works better.Yes I still have some trouble but I think this is more do to some of the older Wi-Fi devices Netatmo weather station and the Amazon Smart Oven that need to be restarted once a week and I think that happens being the access point restarts once per week. The other devices don’t have that issue. I have an total of about 45 Wi-Fi devices in my house. They are split about half on 2.4G and 5G give or take some.

It works but not reliable
The range is good, almost as far as advertisedSpeed is degraded slightly when comparing to my home router but nothing terrible.The worst part is it will randomly not have an internet connection or it will be terribly delayed. Like 10-20 seconds before it loads a web page for example. So for that reason I would not buy another one.I gave it 3 stars because even though I was past the 30 day return for Amazon. I contacted the seller and the offered a refund if I shipped it back. So customer service is there at least.

Total piece of garbage, zero customer support
Total piece of garbage. It connected and worked as a repeater for seven days, so I threw away the packaging after five days. Then on the seventh day it stopped connecting to the internet. When I call Wavlink’s customer support number there is a recording saying “there is no one available to receive your call now, sorry.” And when I try their Chat it says they are on a break. Since I no longer have original packaging I seem to be unable to return it, and it is not heavy enough to use as a doorstop. Pathetic piece of junk, with zero customer support, wish I could give zero stars.

Ho acquistato il Wavlink AX3000 Mesh per migliorare la copertura WiFi in casa e finora sono soddisfatto. La portata è decisamente migliore rispetto al solo router: il segnale arriva più forte anche in stanze lontane e su un altro piano, con meno zone “morte” e una connessione più stabile per streaming e videochiamate.La configurazione è abbastanza semplice: una volta collegato e seguito il setup guidato, entra a far parte della rete mesh e i dispositivi passano da un punto all’altro senza disconnessioni evidenti. Si nota la differenza quando ci si sposta per casa con smartphone o tablet.Per chi cerca un punto di accesso/estensione WiFi a lunga portata per appartamenti grandi o case su più livelli, è una soluzione valida, soprattutto se si vuole sfruttare lo standard AX e avere una rete più moderna e performante
