I got a ZOSI DVR without a hard drive, it worked; however, it could not record anything. I reached out to ZOSI customer service, Slina who was very helpful. She over a few days working with me figured exactly what was wrong and provided me a fix. The unit finally works great and and records everything that the cameras sees.All I can say is, thank you Slina, for your service and help, I truly appreciate itThank youMerzi

Good for money
Nice set up for the money. Of coarse you’re not going to have a CIA perfect camera system for 200, but it does the job it is suppose to. The night vision isn’t that great at long nor medium range distance but it does work up close. The app is ok…The playback can only work for one camera at a time which is a bummer but the motion bits are highlighted…but like i said it was only 200. i would recommend this system.

Prompt and courteous response for replacement cameras
I needed replacement cameras for my system and sent a request to Zosi tech support. They responded quickly and courteously (Slina and Ariana) with links for replacement cameras, which I used to promptly order the replacements.

I had some troubleshooting problems and just simple questions and so I reached out to the company and they were pretty quick with replies and they made sure that my questions and concerns were answered! I picked one of their 8 camera wired security systems with a 1tb DVR. The hardest part of the hook up is running the cables from the DVR to each camera. The interface is easy to use, video quality is top notch,. I reached out to them for help with total power consumption of my system because I want to have it run off a UPS, the response was timely and were very helpful. Everything worked straight out of the box no issues. It does have a remote view app I haven’t installed and don’t plan on using so I can’t comment on that. The night vision works great, I am very happy with my purchase two months in. Let’s see how everything holds up after a year. I would buy this 8 camera security system again and recommend it to anyone who is looking for a system that is reasonably priced.If you plan on getting a system from ZOSI or any other company I recommend making room in the budget for a UPS Uninterrupted Power Source which will allow your security system to stay operational when there is a power outage. Plan on $200 if you want approximately 8-10 hours of run time.

This system is easy to set up, basically a plug and play situation. Each of the camera units mount easily to their respective locations and come alive instantly when connected to the main control box. I’ve run the system now for days with no failure or interruption of anything. The resolution of the scene being fed to the monitor is great. I use the system as a live closed circuit surveillance system as well as the night vision viewing. I don’t need to record anything. The night vision I feel is almost better than the day vision. The system switches over easily from day to night vision very quickly. This is a pretty good system for what you get for the price you pay.

So I have set up this system a few weeks ago so far I am using 6 of the 8 cameras I have the system running and recording 24/7 and I am in the 1 tb hard drive getting about 12 days of recordings , the operating system is a little hard to get onto for the more advanced teck , the operating guide sent to me could have been a little better written but alas I am learning as I go for the most part!
