Camera connected monitor flickers?
1. You need to confirm whether the camera is activated. Use an object to block the light-sensitive ;2.Try replacing the BNC cable.3. Switch the signal type on the DVR: ri – XVI&AHD, switch the signal type of the channel.
Poor video quality?
Set encoding: In main menu – system – encode, adjust compression (H.265 better than H.264), Resolution (Higher is better), Quality (higher is better).
The DVR prompts that there is no available storage space?
The hard disk may need to be formatted. The formatting steps are: main menu – advanced – storage, click “Format Storage”
Where can I find the serial number?
Login the system, right-click – main menu – advanced – version, you can see the serial number and APP scan .
Video output compatibility issues?
HDMI has version requirements, and the version of HDMI cable and display must be ≥ 1.6;Change the output resolution in main menu – system – display.

Get it. You won’t be disappointed.
Good AND cheap! Simple plug-and-play. Works very well. In fact, the image quality is better than my Digital Watchdog (very expensive) DVR system that conked-out on me after 13yrs. This new one works much better. Took it out of the box, used the same power cord as my old unit, and plugged the mouse as well as the coax cables, abd “wallah!”….picture came on the monitor immediately. I’m not only happy, but ecstatic!!!!!! Very simple set up. 10/10 from me! I was afraid I would have to buy an all new camera system from Costco and rewire everything. Nope! Just had to buy a new DVR 4-Channel system for under $70! And one of the best parts, is I ordered late last night, and had it delivered at my door at 5am! Booyah!

Easy to install and I love that they have an app for quick access. Picture comes in clear. Great value for your money would recommend.

Once you get it set up with the app it works great. But the sown side is when you want to access it on your phone the app has advertising firts before you can get to see your cameras. So it’s abit annoying cus you don’t get to your cameras as soon as you open it . But over all is good

Not plug and play ready
They said plug and play ready. I hooked everything up and the camera’s would not show up. I bought a different brand of plug and play and it worked great with my cameras. Tried to get help but never could get Tech support so I sent it back.

It’s ok, just Not Impressive.
Instructions Less than helpful. Difficult to set up remote viewing on iPhone. If you’re away from your home WiFi you have to disable 5G to view. Only had less than 24hrs and have already had to re-add the unit to my phone! Recorded video just ok. Recommend spending a few more dollars and get a better quality.
