Useful and unique…nothing else out there like this!
Very impressed with the fact that this is the only product on the market that works as effectively and efficiently as this product. Cleaning the camera lenses was a breeze and only took a couple of minutes. The cleaning cloths are micro fiber and did a great job while ensuring that the lenses came out clean with no scratches. The cleaning solution is solidly good, and the cloths stayed in the device securely so there was no finagling about to keep the cloth securely placed while rotating the mop/broom handle which was attached to the device itself. No having to climb ladders and risk safety to clean camera lenses in order keep things secure and visible.Would recommend product in the future to people whom find that they have to clean their camera lenses frequently due to dust, pollen, dirt, salt buildup, and even moisture buildup. Very handy indeed!

Great system for Homeowners!
I had been looking for a way to access high mounted home security cams to clean them without having to pull out a cumbersome ladder. When I saw this system, I figured it was worth a try. I mounted it on a 12 foot pole and with my body height could easily reach our 18 foot high cams. They needed cleaning and this thing worked like a champ! The tell tale part is when the night vision kicks on, and the images are now crystal clear. For most home owners, this is a great option. It will keep you off ladders yet allow you to clean your camera domes as efficiently as getting up to them on a ladder… great product, thanks!

Works great! Easy to use!
What a great tool! We cannot reach some of our camera domes. We had to hire someone to clean them once already. That would add up in cost quickly. I saw a commercial tool online, but it was more than $500. I tried to make a cleaner tool out of an old water bottle and tape it to a painters pole. While that test proved the concept, it started to fall apart after cleaning one dome. I feel incredibly lucky finding this product. Someone had written about it on a home security forum. It attached perfectly to the painters pole that we already have. The included microfiber cloths went on more easily than I expected. They ticked right into the openings on the side of the basket. We used the spray cleaner that came with the kit. The whole process only took minutes. Very easy to do I can see us doing this every month or two. The difference in our image quality at night was remarkable. Our thanks to the person who designed this and brought it to market. Genius!

This set works very well on my Hanwa surveillance cameras. It’s very easy to use, and very effective. Be careful to be gentle so as not to scratch the lens covers.

What are we doing wrong?
We have tried using this device with its cloth and cleaning solution several times.Each time our night viewing becomes worse.We gave up and cleaned them by using a cloth and water without this device.Afterword the cameras have returned to normalWhat are we doing wrong?

Worked OK but not much for the money and flimsy
1st of all, I have only used a few times. I will update with better/worse review later.Pros:Handy bag to keep everything in one place.Spray seemed to work well but did not compare to invisible glass (which I use on everything)Multiple cleaning clothes for the end of the pole.Has multiple angles attachments for adjusting to cameras mounted in less than 90 degrees.Cons:Expensive considering what you get for the money.I would pay for the end piece for the pole attachment only.I could buy the clothes at the dollar store for 20 percent of what they charge and attach with rubber bandsBefore I purchased one user showed his tip attached to pole broke, I can see why. It is not too stable and flimsy.After I used the product with the spray, I just used a soft micro-fiber cloth to put on top of pole to dry, worked well.At this time, I’d say it is nice to have this product to attach to pole instead of climbing a ladder. This is a great way to clean your cameras however price seems too steep for what you get in quality.

Finally got to use this yesterday, along with the telescoping pole that I purchased Separately with it, It worked perfect. It has saved me from having to lift my 40 pound ladder and carry it up the stairs and out. They cleaned the camera just fine and I’m very pleased. Thanks to Amazon for carrying such a helpful product that makes life easier.

Absolutely a fantastic and easy to use product. I was looking for a while for a simple and easy to use solution and they were either cheap chinese rubbish with bad reviews or extremely expensive solutions for a simple task. This cleaning kit was the best option and which also had countless positive reviews. Attach to a painting pole, extend it and your all done! no more taking the 6m ladder out which was time consuming and caused our team to dread the task of cleaning the camera domes… now it’s quick, easy and painless and get’s done in 6 minutes which would otherwise take 40+ minutes moving around with a bulky ladder. Less man power needed, you don’t over exert yourself and it’s very quick. The accessory isn’t too rigid which is fantastic and allows you to properly clean the domes, it’s also fantastic on how tight and robust the microfiber cleaning cloths are that they stay in their place, don’t move and create a streak fee cleaning solution. A+ and would highly recommend this option. There isn’t really any options like this in Australia so this would be a perfect product for a lot of companies. The only thing I would say is the company never responded to a direct email we sent from their website form..
