I already have a security camera installed at the front of my house, but it requires AC power to operate. For my backyard, there is no AC outlet available, so an AC-powered camera wasn’t an option. Great camera, only reason to give 4 stars is you can not record anything with out a subscription. camera has clear resolution and captures stills. even if you insert a SD card no video. Very easy to install and hook up to WIFI.

I’m only going to give 3 stars which if it had 6 star review would be half ,let me explain very clear video , easy set up my only issue is I feel like the camera misses thing for example if I pull my car right in front of my door it only captures that , it doesn’t capture that and me getting out the car as well so the camera misses parts , it should be capturing every movement..another example if I go take out the trash I can see myself leaving but I don’t see when I return to my house or it might be late to where I hear the door close ..idk if it’s bc I have the camera set for 15 seconds & it needs another 15 or so to reboot to capture again or what maybe I should put up to 1 min after an event but I feel like most camera are more accurate on every single movement made ..when u get the camera it’s set for 10 second but I made it 15 to try to capture more didn’t really help another thing I’ve had this camera 4 days it shows u a pic of it’s a car or person to let u know what is going on in the video before clicking first couple days if it was a car it would show car it’s accurate now it’s a car emoji and it’s people walking pass and the camera is setting off as a car instead of a person ..just some small issues but it’s good enough for now
